From the moment you get on the phone with Karen you are well taken care of. She senses the urgency of not having hot water and in spite of being slammed she finds a way to get someone out to you quickly. My instahot system failed and needed to be replaced as it was 12 years old . They were able to get me a replacement and get it installed quickly . All the people who came out here Pete who did the initial assessment and then Mike and Joe who did the install were as courteous as you could ever hope for . they quoted 4 hours for the job and got it done in about an hour. Pricing was fair and very upfront. Contractors are always a challenge and plumbers more so, but these guys were amazing top to bottom.

After numerous phone calls , we hooked up with Steve and his crew. We will be customers forever. They are, without a doubt, the most professional company to work with. We had no heat in various parts of the house for 9 days and they worked diligently to get it back on. They also fixed three broken pipes. Thank you True Blue Don’t take this personally but I hope to never see you again unless it’s to buy you a beer. !!!

I was very impressed with True Blue and highly recommend them. When my gas furnace malfunctioned, I needed to find someone to come out and fix it. As a new homeowner, it was the first time I have needed a plumber / HVAC technician and so I was a new customer when I called. Steve was at my house just a few short hours later working on it. When a part came in sooner than expected, be came back out on a weekend to finish the job earlier than expected. Steve and the man working with him were both very professional and courteous, and did not leave until they were 100% satisfied problem had been rectified. I will absolutely use True Blue for all future HVAC and plumbing needs.

I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didn't expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

Steven of True Blue Heating definitely rises to the name of his company.

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

If you need a Gentlemen, Knowledgeable, a Great Communicator and a man of his work for plumbing and heating in the Boston area I can highly recommend Steven of True Blue.

We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.

After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.

True Blue is a keeper company, and we are *very*grateful that we received no response from the first company we called! Thank you!

The kind and efficient office staff scheduled us with emergency service when our heating system had stopped working.The professional and experienced technician, Nick, fixed our heating system, and was very kind and respectful. He explained each step of the procedure and was very patient, when asked questions. Their pricing was extremely fair, even in an emergency situation. I give this company 5 stars and highly recommend them to those in the community.

My furnace stopped working (in December). It was actually blowing carbon monoxide instead of heat so you can imagine my terror. True Blue was able to get right over, stop the carbon monoxide, and get me a new furnace within 2 days. Everyone is so nice to work with and the basement was cleaner when they left than when they got there. I would absolutely recommend them.
