I highly recommend Trust 1 Services Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. I lost hot water and I was able to have the service scheduled right away. DJ arrived at my property and while it didn’t end up being a simple fix, he stayed until the job was done. He was extremely nice, professional and dedicated to his work. I have always had a great experience with this company!

Central AC replacement.
Joshua and Jacob called 10 mins. ahead of their arrival. Both were professional and courteous. We were provided with two equipment options and details for both were given. Minutes after leaving they returned to take a few more pictures. My husband was mowing the lawn and told them to go in. I was in my office on the second floor and before proceeding to the second floor, Joshua called out to me to make sure I knew they had returned and needed access. I thought that was great and showed respect for me and my home.

I called Trust 1 to check out an issue with my AC unit. The spare bedroom was not cooling and the unit made a funny noise when it shut off. Josh and David came to my house on Tuesday to check out the system. They determined what was wrong and answered all my questions and provided a quote for the repair. A part had to be ordered. Josh as well as Jake and Cullen came back on Thursday and replaced a damper and an air diffuser. They ensured the system was working properly and made sure that dampers were set properly so that the spare bedroom had adequate are going into that room to cool. I appreciate the fact that they treat me and my property with respect. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Christine who answers the phone and provides assistance in setting up the service calls.

Recently had an appointment to check my air conditioner- Robby did a fantastic job - Arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and explained his findings very well! Robby has a positive cheerful way and is an asset of your company! Highly recommend Trust 1 !! 10/10

I called my "trust"ed plumbing professionals to resolve a plugged kitchen sink. Both Eric and Colin arrived on time and resolved the issue, which required a few attempts with the drain snake. They we both professional, courteous and cleaned up after they fixed the issue.

From start to finish they were professional and made the whole experience very easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to replace a heat pump.

Just had my furnace serviced by Alyssa N. She was polite, diligent and neat. The service was completed thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Thank you!

I had Joshua here to install a new thermometer and a Fast Stat on my new system. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. I found him to be very knowledgeable about my HVAC needs. I would recommend Trust 1.

Eric and cam replaced an old leaking copper pipe in my house ,they new exactly what to do and we're very curtious and professional.

As a Baby Boomer, I was used to prompt courteous service and sadly I though those days were over! Nope, I was way wrong. From the initial phone call, all the way to a new furnace and AC unit, I was blown away with every one I spoke with and met. They squeezed me in last Friday for a gas furnace that was making a very loud noise. No one I called could fit me in that day nore could I get some one for over a week. Most didn’t even answer their phone or return calls. Not Trust 1, those guys came out in a couple of hrs. Bad news, AC and furnace was shot. Needed a new ones. Brian arrived early and finished both installs early, I can’t believe how lucky I was to find them. Look no further, they are the BEST!!!! They even offered to bring me coffee, how’s that for service 😃

Our central air conditioning stopped working, and we reached out to Trust 1 Services for help. Robby Curran responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Our condenser was clogged, and Robby cleaned it to help restore the cooling.

Robby shared practical advice on how to maintain the system to avoid similar issues in the future. He also gave us guidance on long-term upgrades. He was professional, clear, and respectful. Highly recommended.

I was very relieved once Trust1 Services came out to help me with a busted water heater tank. They made me feel at ease and explained what needed to be done once they surveyed the area. Darryl and John worked efficiently and the whole process of replacing the tank was smooth. They were able to complete the work in a few hours. It was my birthday and was glad it didnt take the whole day. They were both kind, patient and informative. I did subscribe for a membership as now I feel better about having Trust 1 as a go to for my house issues that do inevitable arise. Thanks for your help!!

Very satisfied. We’ve no heat on Friday morning and as a member I called Trust-1 Service. The answering service was friendly and helpful. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. He was very thorough and explained to me that the circulator pump of my boiler was out of order and needed to be replaced . Work was completed promptly and my heating system is working now. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC work.

Eric and John H have been out to my place twice, and both times provided excellent knowledge and service. I appreciate that they provide options and explain the ramifications of each option.

They installed a faucet the first visit, and fixed a toilet the second. We’re happy customers and will definitely call again next time we need help.

Bonus- they’re super friendly to talk to. :-)

Jake the engineer kept us informed about the evaluation of his time of arrival .
When he arrived with his apprentice they put bootees on before entering the apartment to make sure they did not damage our wood floors.
Jake did an evaluation of our AC and heat pump and gave us a choice of three options
Two to repair, cleaning and repairs and one to replace with a choice of 3 different AC.
We picked the more expensive repair and Jake started working on the AC.
They were done about 4 hours later
Jake gave us a report of his work with photos.
And told us that the AC should last another 3 years maybe more
We also took a maintenance contract to have them come twice a year to check the AC and replace the filter.
We noticed that the AC cooling had improved after their repair.
we are quite happy with their intervention.
It also took only 3 days for them to come when we called to make an appointment

I have used the services of Trust 1 twice. Each time the service and the technicians sent were great. This time around Jake and Josh came to our condo to take a look at the heating system that was not functioning well and noisy. They explained the problem clearly in language that could be understood and proceeded. Jake kept us informed every step of the way.
They were clean and efficient and at the end of the day detailed our options for price and service.
I cannot say enough about Trust 1 and their technical staff.
When I spoke to the office, on the phone, they were knowledgeable and helpful. The best….

Did a video of my plumbing pipes to check if they were ok. Explained everything, and gave me quick, helpful advice on 2 separate issues while he was there.
I understand why Trust 1 is very highly reviewed.

Tech Nick was terrific. He was professional and thorough.He detailed with clarity the problems my furnace had and might have in the future.

Eric and Tom were absolutely amazing! They drained, removed, and replaced our hot water tank all before our kid got out of school. They also were extremely friendly, informative and professional. They made me a customer for life and I highly recommend!

Anthony called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and offered to bring coffee! He arrived and fixed the leak, redesigned the drain and left underneath the cabinet cleaner than it was when he arrived! Amazing experience- will use again
