Excellent service. They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, came back as soon as the parts cane in, and fixed the problem.

Came same day, went above and beyond to make sure I have a working dryer before my surgery.

Paul has been our go to guy for repairs since 2005. He is reasonable, professional and very good at what he does.

When other companies can't get the job done, figuring out what the heck is wrong with your brand new dishwasher, get Tim from Paul's appliance!

Called about a problem with our stove and we were scheduled for the next day. Tim came out with impeccable service and attention to detail, will definitely be calling them back if we have another problem with any of our appliances.

Placed a service call for my fridge that wouldn’t stop dispensing water when the button was hit. The tech came in assessed the situation went out to his van got the tool he needed it and repaired within 15 minutes. Quick and professional.

Called because our dishwasher was leaking. Tim was able to come the same day. After less than an hour he resolved the issue (he ran several tests to make sure all was good). The price to fix was less than $150 and it was worth it due to the fast response!

Excellent customer service. Rick got us scheduled quickly to address problems with our >20 year old Thermidor range/oven. He did a fantastic job with the repair and couldn’t have been nicer — he also offered helpful, practical advice around replacing the unit in the future. Rick even made a return call to fix the oven door hinge and did not charge us for the visit. A++ experience!

Great appliance service company. Recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher that was delivered dented on one side. Was recommended this company directly from Bosch customer service which I think says a lot to begin with. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the replacement part and were available for servicing the very next day. Corey was great and even took the time after he finished the job to teach me a few things about our new dishwasher. Highly recommend!

Rick, the owner, was awesome. He called and asked if it was OK to arrive early...worked great for me! Friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and clearly an expert in his field. As more and more companies merge and get bought up by larger ones, I always prefer working with independently-owned, family-run businesses with owners and employees who love what they do. I appreciated the banter we had throughout my flawless install today, and I will continue to hire Paul's Appliance Service, particularly Rick Howland, for all my appliance needs.

    Fast response to service needs

Technician was able to diagnose my issue. Only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is that it took some time to get on their schedule.

I only got as far as over the phone explanation of repair minimum for dishwasher (not draining): $150 for 1st visit, diagnostics. Minimum of $150 on top of that for time and labor. Plus parts. I bet they are expert at diagnosis and repair. The expense is at least $100+ more than we've paid in the last year...usual 2025 rate from last repair visit, different outfit, was 1st diagnostic visit was $100...maybe $125....but that was applied to time and labor for any needed repairs.
