All reviews for Paciorek Electric

In 2022, Paciorek Electric installed a Kohler backup generator for us. It was a very challenging installation because the heavy generator had to be transported up over uneven, steeply sloping terrain. The job was made even more difficult when the tractor ran over a nest of yellow jackets, but Rocky did not lose his nerve. He did an incredible job operating the tractor and ferried the generator up the hill without a scratch.
The generator has performed flawlessly since then. Tim Paciorek monitors the generator online to make sure it's operating properly, which gives us peace of mind.
Paciorek Electric gave us a competitive price for the generator and they continue to provide service and support on an annual basis so we can be confident that the generator will always be ready for a power outage.

My husband and I needed a new furnace as soon as possible due to the cold temperatures. Our HVAC company contracted with Paciorek Electric to assist with the installation two days ago. Mark was the electrician who worked with the HVAC technicians to get the new furnace up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He even put in a carbon monoxide detector next to the furnace. Thank you Paciorek Electric for doing such a wonderful job!

Every job everyone is on does a great job and the clients love the work that you guys do. Keep up the good work all you guys.

Best Electical company around. I would not call anyone else!Their prices are fair, service is exceptional and the staff is friendly and professional. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Personable, skilled, efficient, caring, and trustworthy--I find myself struggling to figure out which of these words I'd foreground in a review, as each of them are equally true. The good folks at Paciorek are the kinds of electricians one would *hope* to work with; they're truly gifted at what they do, and they accompany their good work with honesty and thoughtful explanations. You couldn't ask for better!

Worked with Tim and his team twice now and couldn't be happier. Communication with Tim is easy and prompt. They did a great job taking care of a bundle of smaller projects, and we went back to them for the installation of our car charger. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Tim and his team have been servicing our location for the longest time and has never failed us.

very professional group. Rocky, Mark and Ryan did a great job installing my Kohler outside automatic generator. they cleaned up when finished. except for the unit you would not know that they were there. cost was very competitive and the 10 year warranty was free. thank you guys for a great job.

We were having a problem with some lights that wouldn’t turn on in our old house. They came right away—it wasn’t an emergency but they were over here a day after Memoriel day, really quick. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I am really pleased with Paciorek, they are responsible, do great quality work and prices are totally fair. Highly recommended!!!

Since moving to our current home we have used Paciorek services several times. They are honestly a complete pleasure to work with, both on the phone and in person. Always just as friendly and courteous as can be, and always professional and competent. Recently Tim talked me through my minor problem on the phone so that together we got things working, saving us a home visit.
I would recommend Paciorek Electric to anyone!

Paciorek Electric did the electrical work for a major expansion of a commercial kitchen in Northampton, including new 3-phase service, and a variety of unique wiring challenges. The crew was professional, communicative and did excellent work. They worked from a rough sketch, and developed an efficient approach to the project. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I continue to use their services.

Paciorek Electric has maintained my ancient generator for many years now. I doubt that it would run so well if they hadn’t maintained it!

Great experience. They helped me trouble shoot my problem before they were able to come out. Electrician that came out was on time and great. Also transparent and honest about pricing

Paciorek Electoric has been professional and courteous. The workmen are knowledgeable and the company keeps accurate and up to date. When rain prevented workers from doing yearly check we were notified and rescheduled. Great company. We would highly recommend them.

Highly skilled, licensed electricians. Very thorough, listen well, offers a good synopsis of issue, great customer service.

Paciorek Electric in Hatfield has done electrical work for Immanuel Lutheran church in the past and again, in May and June 2025. We received an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. I also was able to send them general information of the work we needed to have competed. Spoke with Tim by phone after he reviewed the work request. This made the process efficient and cost effective. They arrived on time and completed the work over two days. If they saw something that needed attention, not previously agreed to, they let me know and we were able to address it. Wendy, the administrative secretary is great. I don't have the names of the two electricians that did the work but the time frame was May and June 2025.They were polite, professional and complete from start finish. I wish I had their names. Highly recommend.

Professional, experienced these guys have been doing work for my company for years - never a complaint! Highly recommend!!

Chris has become a trusted member of our team. Helping us solve several complicated equipment installs in our factory.
