We've been using AM/PM for my place of work and I'm always incredibly satisfied with their team. I've even interrupted the work they were doing to ask them to help with a task they were not originally there to do and received only kindness and a hand. Good people who work hard and do things right.

I've used Mitch several times for repairs mostly but also to replace our hot water heater. Timely, professional and reasonably priced. Happy to refer him to others.

AM/PM replaced my leaky, ready to fail, 1950's combo boiler with a new high efficiency on demand combo boiler. They made the switch from oil heat to propane without a problem and the work looks very professional. My house is warm and the new system is much quieter.

We recently discovered a sewer backup in our basement at 8 AM on a Friday, called Mitch and he came within the hour to assess the situation. He then cleared the sub basement obstruction by late afternoon. This most recent response to our urgent need was typical Mitch. He's been our plumber for decades and has always responded to an urgent need in a timely fashion. He and his employees are always courteous and fastidious and always fix the problem whether the need is urgent or not.

AM/PM has responded quickly and professionally to all our plumbing needs, which in an old house have been numerous. Recently we had a sewer backup, which required removing & replacing a section of pipe and clearing the line. They always do a great job and are a pleasure to deal with.

I have used this plumber twice in the last couple of years,And will again this month.The first job was an emergency– I was replacing a major structural element in my house and all of my plumbing needed to be cut out around the job and then stitched back together later.The two guys Mitch sent over were very professional, They worked efficiently And never held up the rest of the crew(Four carpenters and two electricians). They got my water back on as soon as possible or was finished.

Last year I had them replace some leaky Shower faucets with a single control unit, And replace both outside Faucets. The bill was $200 lessThan the quote from another plumber in town.

I don't know about the guy with the other review, He never really hired them. I've actually worked with these people and they're worth using.

We had a water hammer sound going through all our toilets and it was alarming. We called one plumbing firm in Southampton MA and left a message. The owner said i was of one of 35 messages and never actually reached out to help us. A second firm in Easthampton came over, observed and said interesting but had no idea how to fix it. I then contacted AM,/PM out of Hatfied. Mitch was responsive, very knowlegable and came out within days and not only figured it out and fixed everything, he also helped with some shower pressure issues and cleared a clogged shower drain. He was Amazing and i highly recommend this firm.
