It took us a while to write this, but I really want to highlight the absolute professionalism displayed by this company. Kindness goes a long way, especially nowadays.
We were hit with an unexpected surprise and needed to find an excavation company quickly to fix our plumbing in the street. We were extremely stressed trying to find someone who could come out fast and handle the job efficiently. We were beyond lucky to find Connell Excavation!
They were on time, kind, honest, and very professional throughout the entire process. We also had to deal with the city, and in their dialogue with the city they definitely stood up for us as their client and made sure our preferences were respected. They guided us through the process and advocated on our behalf, which meant a lot during a stressful situation.
We ended up not needing a police detail, and they were honest about it and removed it from our final bill. That level of integrity is hard to find. With this company, not only can you rely on a job well done, but also honesty and the assurance that they truly have their clients’ best interests in mind.
I would absolutely recommend Connell Excavation to anyone in need of their services.

I have had drain issues for a year previous contractor said my drain pipe must’ve collapsed. I hired these guys to replace from the tie in at the street out 15 feet. They did all the pre work needed so the day of the job would go smooth. They had to dig around to find the pipe as there was no plans with the city for my drains. They were very careful and their experience showed by how carefully they dug around till they found the pipe. They were up front about everything as they were finding it. They cut the pipe and found it was packed with sludge. They then cleaned my main drain line, sent a camera both directions to ensure the drain was intact throughout. They were able to get my drain cleared, put back together, and my drains are working properly i couldn’t be any happier with them. Then on top of everything they gave some money off the bill due to them not needing to replace the pipe. Honest hard working company highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience , had an emergency collapse sewer line on one of my rental properties called Connell they were there fast doing a great job at a fair price even after unforeseen inconvenience stay within budget , couldn’t be happier!

We had an incredible experience with Connell Excavation. Kaden and Rob truly went above and beyond for us during a stressful situation when our main sewer line was overflowing into our basement. They showed up after hours to assess the issue and were able to get the job completed the very next day.

Their estimate was also very fair, especially compared to Roto-Rooter, which made a big difference during an already stressful time.

Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and took the time to explain each step as they excavated our front lawn to access and repair the sewage line. Their communication and transparency gave us real peace of mind.

They handled everything professionally, including securing permits, and are fully insured. On top of that, they were kind, respectful, and extremely considerate of our home and property.

Kayden and the crew at Connell Excavation did a great job on my front granite steps and retaining wall. Communication was easy the whole way through. Kayden gave a clear timeline upfront, got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, and there were no surprises with the quote or the schedule.

The work itself is excellent. They showed up when they said they would, got right to it, and the finished job has completely changed the look of the front of the house.

We had Connell Excavation replace a sewer pipe from the street to the house. Excellent work and attention to detail with customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to save the home owners trees during excavation, and replant them once done.

Connell Excavation went above and beyond to get the job done. Kaden and Rob were very professional and exceeded our exaptation’s of what we envisioned for additional parking and a spot for the boat at the bottom of our lot. The challenging part was to not disturb the abutting conservation land while digging through the hill and removing, boulders and debris. During the design and final stages of the project, they worked with us through every step to make sure the lot blended with the natural landscape of the conservation land. They came up with a design that blew us away and we continue to get many compliments from our neighbors. We are so thrilled that we had them do the work and we are planning to have them come back for other projects. We give them the highest recommendation. Kaden Excavation responded within hours to our completing a project inquiry form on their website for time sensitive work. They not only responded but started and completed the project within 24 hours of the contact! We had our gravel driveway washed away and a deep gully created during a sudden and severe flash flood. We are new house owners and have moving trucks scheduled to deliver our house contents within a few days and the trucks would never have been able to come into the driveway. Kaden and Rob not only meticulously restored the drive but came up with a plan to divert future storm waters that will be done in a 2nd phase of this project. We couldn't be more grateful for the timely, competent, detail focused and caring way this team works and look forward to working with them again soon.

Caden and his team renovated my backyard and did a fantastic job! Not only was he professional but got it done in a timley matter and had constant communication throughout the process. His prices are the best in the business and will definitely use him for future projects!

A family owned business that will treat your property with care. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and creative. They made suggestions during the project that improved the overall results. They created a three tiered retaining wall and a new grand entrance to our home featuring granite stairs and a new walkway.

Kaden and Rob are awesome. I hire them for all of my site-work and hardscaping needs. They are hardworking and professional. Connell excavating exceeded expectations on a retaining wall driveway project. They have all the right equipment and staff to complete a project professionally, quickly and with a good eye for design. I was kept up to date on the timing and progress. Highly recommended!
