We hired McNamara construction to do a full renovation of the second floor bedrooms of an old fraternity building at the University of Massachusetts. Incredibly easy to work with. Remarkable attention to detail. Finished ahead of schedule.These bedrooms, arguably are among the best living spaces on campus.

I gave Scott a nearly impossible task: replace all the hardwood floors on our first floor while my family and I were away for a brief vacation in Puerto Rico. I was hoping to surprise my wife, who
was absolutely fed up with the ugly, beat up bamboo laminate flooring we had tolerated for too long. Against some serious adversity, including a significant snow storm, Scott and his crew got in, moved all the furniture, got the floors ripped out, tossed in the dumpster, installed all of the flooring, put everything back exactly how we left it, and got the dumpster picked up all before we got back home! Pricing was very reasonable and my wife was super surprised to discover that we, by some magic, had all new floors after being away for just a couple days! Thanks a million, Scott and crew!

Scott and team did an excellent job with a large, two-story addition to our home. Pricing and timelines were reasonable (and didn't change unexpectedly). Scott communicated with myself and my wife throughout the entire process, and took the time to understand our vision and executed it wonderfully.

We had a great experience renovating a large historical commercial property. The entire interior was removed down to framing and they added new electrical, insulated , put in new wall board, new floors all in a very short time. The difference was amazing!!!

We hired McNamara Construction to help transform our outdoor space. We wanted a deck built off our existing deck to create another entertaining space leading to an outdoor pavilion. Scott had great ideas and was on the job site daily. So thankful for them helping bring our vision to life.
