I could go on for days on how amazing this company is. I usually don’t ever write reviews but they deserve one! I purchased a home two years ago and had non stop issues… the J L de marco crew has made time in their schedule, last minute, to Maintenance a unit that has been giving me issues.. not once but twice (this month) haha!!

They respond quickly, are professional, and deserve all the recognition! It’s not often you find a company this amazing!

Horrible experience, they installed an hvac system in my mothers house, which has had nonstop issues for the past 2 years. Had multiple other hvac companies come to us bewildered after looking at it wondering why the duct-work and zones were installed the way it was and made no sense. They setup a 2 stage condenser to run with a 1 stage furnace, this with the bad duct work limited the condenser to only run at 60-70% capacity. This leads to the condenser not starting and running poorly when it does start on humid days. When we reached out to have the owner Jim come look at his companies work we were met with responses of "It'll be $200 just to come look at it and I have no idea when I'll be able to get there." along with a very poor attitude the whole time. After that it was crickets from them for months when all we wanted was for them to come take a look since they installed the system that is now having a bunch of problems and is only 3 years old
