We’ve been subcontracting Cruz Solutions Inc for various projects. They have not only provided us laborers for a big job we recently completed, but have also worked with us in post construction clean-up, demolishing an old deck and prepping for the installation of the new deck. Their crew members work diligently, are on time, professional and courteous. The owner is always a phone call away and always on top of making sure deadlines are met. We will continue to use their services for our future projects.

I am a general contractor and have worked with Tony and Cruz Solutions for 7 or 8 years now.

I use to scramble & put my own demo crews together but that often left my other subs coming in afterwards (carpenters, plumbers, etc) very annoyed and a lot more work for me to do. It was incredibly annoying, time consuming and costly. Another contractor introduced me to Tony and I will NEVER go back to the old way.

Tony’s crews expertly set up all the protection and containment, they move quickly and efficiently, they clean up everything to “vacuum clean” not just “broom clean”. They pull all the nails out of the studs and clean the wall bays thoroughly. You can immediately move right into framing or rough plumbing as soon as they are done, which is always earlier than expected. The efficiency & leadership of his crews are incredible.

After the first 3 years of working with him, I asked Tony if he could help me out with some deck footings. From that first non-demo project I learned that hiring labor from Tony for just about anything else is money well spent. I still use his crews for footings, inside & out, and any other random labor I need as it pops up. I have even used them to simply move all of my stock for a huge addition to the back of the house so it wasn’t exposed.

Just last winter (February 2023) his 10-man crew tore a roof and second floor off of an office -house for me in just 2 days and had it fully wrapped and weather tight before a severe winter storm moved it. It was truly one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in this business.

I know this is a long post but it isn’t too often that I feel this strongly about a subcontractor I use. If you need any type of labor whatsoever, not just demo work, although they are the best in the business at that, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Cruz of Cruz Solutions. He is a great man to work with and I can personally attest to all 4 of his foremen who I have worked with over the years as being professional and accommodating. This company is an extremely helpful and well run asset to any contractor or home/business owner.

Without question the best demo company in the business. And if you have any need for any type of labor whatsoever, you won’t ever regret the money well spent.

Cruz Solutions Inc simply put, was an amazing experience to work with. We had a major renovation of a home, tearing down walls, moving walls, removing ceilings, multiple layers of sheet rock and horse hair plastering. It’s the messy kind of work no one wants to do. Cruz Solutions Inc accepted the job and took it to task.
I'm not one to throw the word “Integrity” around lightly, to me it has merit and weight. Tony Cruz is an owner with Integrity, he more than fulfilled what he said he was going to do. He quoted a price for the job, and that was the price. Cruz Solutions striped the home down to the studs, and when the job was finished. It was cleaned up and spotless, the home was so clean it looked like it was all brand-new construction, and we hadn’t even pounded in a single nail yet. Tony’s crew was courteous, professional, and extremely proficient. If you have any kind of demolition or clean up kind of job. You need to call Cruz Solutions it will be the easiest part of your project.

Cruz solutions is a great company to call for literally anything needed at your home or business (or anything). We have used them to paint and set up our nursery, remove junk, and we have also used them to do a fall cleanup in the yard which included some slight tree trimming. The crews were all very detail oriented, efficient, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them enough!
