We had an excellent experience with Mike from Nicholson today. We are new homeowners, and Mike was thorough, friendly, honest, and educational with us about our HVAC system. We had limited knowledge of a major system in our home, but now we feel confident in our basic understanding of it and what to expect moving forward.

Booking appointment online was easy and straightforward, and I was able to select the time frame I wanted 2 days before. I got heads up by text and email before technician came out which also told me which technician was assigned to the job. Jimmy and Mike did a wonderful job replacing the leaking water pipe in the basement. The root cause, procedure, pricing, warranty and other recommendations were clearly explained and communicated. Jimmy and Mike are friendly and professional. The overall process was transparent and easy. Will definitely work again with Nicholson!

Our first floor heat stopped working on New Years Eve. I guess it was 2025's last kick. Tyler Torres was very professional and was very efficient with time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote, and fixed it. I appreciated his willingness to be up front and never felt like we were being upsold. He answered every question and he was also very personable which made the pain of having to fix something people tend to dredd paying for a little less painful. Good experience overall for the untimely predicament we were in.

My heat stopped working and someone came out to fix it within a few hours of me calling. Luis was absolutely amazing and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nicholson and Luis.

Mike Adams from Nicholson did my HVAC annual maintenance checkup today , he was on time and very thorough , going above and beyond by cleaning /replacing any and all filters that had dust. He isolated root cause problems for both furnaces and gave clear/concise explanations and options for repair and /or replacements including with pictures and demos , with no pressure tactics. I would recommend Nicholson and Mike to others. Thanks for your help!

The HVAC technician, Jarek, who came to look at my broken whole-home humidifier was awesome. He took the time to walk me through and explain everything in great detail, patiently answered all of my questions, and left me with a much better understanding of how the system worked and what it would need. Super helpful, professional, friendly.

Luis was professional courteous and troubleshot our issue with our central heating quickly and efficiently. We had a new heating installation last week, which was brilliant but two of the rooms had no heat. He found the culprit in the basement- air trapped in a pipe. In addition to fixing the problem, he shared suggestions for improving the insulation and heating of our antique home. We are very pleased!

The entire experience from my first phone call to the final installment of a new furnace was wonderful. The entire team was in contact with me on a regular basis and they were polite and professional. They all were a pleasure to deal with.

The plumbing technician Breno exceeded my expectations with his professionalism. I had a leaky faucet which ultimately needed to be replaced due to the model being discontinued and no replacement parts available, as well as a couple other plumbing issues. Breno went over all of my options, answered all of my questions, and helped me resolve my issues in the most cost effective way. Highly recommend this company.

Great and prompt service! I was able to get an appointment with 24 hours. The technician, Ollie, was kind, patient, and explained all my options clearly. He even contacted the manufacturer of my water heater to help fix my issue. I will be using Nicholson from now on for my plumbing needs.

Technician Will Richard did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem with our combi boiler and making recommendations and suggestions. He went above and beyond to ensure our home would be comfortable and warm. An outstanding employee!

Dan Harding quickly figured out our plumbing problem and was so helpful educating me on my plumbing and heating systems. He also was so tactful, sweet, knowledgeable and communicative. Boot covers on when he entered the house! And he is great with dogs!

Shane was friendly, on time, very thorough, and listened to my questions.
I was looking for a solution to filter the hard water coming into the house. Shane explained in detail the different options.
He also fixed an issue with our toilet and cleaned up the bathroom after the repair.
I also got his suggestions about putting my washer in the garage.
There was no pressure to do any of the jobs.

I hope the company understands how much of an asset Luis is. He is the best technician to ever walk into my house period he was very respectful very neat and explain to me what the problem was and how I can fix it as soon as possible period he had the parts in the truck and fixed everything within the hour. He also changed the filter for me while he was here and took a look at some other things and gave me recommendations on how to keep my system up and running for longer. I used to manage a company, and if I had an employee like Lewis working for me, I could only imagine how much business I would get.He is 5 🌟.

Very happy with the installation of my hot water tank. The two techs, Oliver and El were friendly, courteous and mindful of my carpets and walls as they brought the old tank in and new one out.

Yansmith (“Yan”) Poindujour was our Nicholson technician who was sent to restore our heat on a very cold Saturday before Christmas.
He was amazing! He was kind, pleasant & KNOWLEDGEABLE. He checked-out our entire heating system AND its electrical supply.
Our heat has now been restored and we’ve started a contract with Nicholson.

My experience with Nicholson was amazing. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Luis was a fantastic technician. He came in, did a thorough inspection of our furnace, analyzed the problem, and then explained why it was a problem. He got it back up and running in no time and provided some tips on how to keep it running smoothly in the future. I appreciate the time he spent making sure it was fixed and making sure that I understood what he was doing. I would highly recommend him and Nicholson as well.

Fantastic service. Polite representatives on the phone, and they were able to schedule a plumber to replace my water heater the same day that I called. Plumber was professional, efficient, and effective.

Tech was very personable and answered all my questions and gave some good advice. No hard sells on getting new equipment. Price was what was quoted. I would definitely use Nicholson again.
