Honest, hard working, and efficient. They did exactly what I needed on my hvac. I would highly recommend and definitely use again!

We had a small job to replace a leaking 1" ball valve in our office building. We called another contractor who is 1/2 mile away from us. They said they would come by to look at it. We called them several days later to check on the visit and got no response to our voice mail. We then called Demelo on a Monday. Their plumber arrived at 8:00 Tuesday morning as promised and he was out of here by 9:30, having done an excellent job. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about this company from its high quality work to their amazing staff. Always a positive knowledgeable person on the other line to answer your questions and there workers do amazing work i use this company at my facility all the time if you want the job done the correct way call Demelo i highly recommend

We purchased our air conditioning from them...units are excellent. We also purchased the eco-plan that has 2 cleanings a year on the units. Very satisfied with them.

I woke with no hot water on a Friday morning and they were able to send a technician within hours to come look and fix my hot water heater. Everyone else said that they were unavailable until the week after. Very quick, friendly and gave me a heads up that the technician was on his way within the hour!

I called Demelo following a referral when I needed service immediately. The office personnel and technician were quick to make the time to get to us, were very professional and regardless of the urgency, they gave a very fair price for their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It all starts with the front office. Donna always answered the phone when I was calling for information and a quote. When she needed to call me back with information she didn't know, she called back right away, not hours later. Then the plumbers were on time, respectful of my property, answered all my questions about the new water heater and about the install itself. Overall a very professional company. I will stay with DeMelo as a plumbing service from now on.
