Recommend this company. They are efficient and extremely responsive. Had to get a system replaced. They were helpful and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

Really appreciate the 2 ducted heat pump installs. They did a good job on both systems, and it took a lot of work to install all the duct work. I will happily use them again. It is a smaller shop, and I'm glad I was able to support them.

Why is it on the coldest day of the year the furnace breaks down. That’s what happened to me . Nobleair knew I was pressed and put a priority on getting us up and heated in a very short time table AND was very fair on pricing. Ty nobleair for easing my stress!

In July, our second floor central a/c unit stopped working. Not wanting to pay the $15,000 for a new system recommended by a major HVAC company, I contacted Noble Air. Within 36 hours, a service technician arrived, diagnosed the problem (a faulty circuit board), purchased a replacement board and installed it. Total parts and labor of $715. Unit has worked flawlessly since.

In August, our first floor central a/c unit stopped working. I contacted Noble, whose technician (the same as last time) arrived the next day. Within five minutes he diagnosed the problem (a faulty transformer). Half an hour later, he replaced the transformer at a total cost of $279. Unit has worked flawlessly since.

Two problems, two conversations with the pleasant office manager, two prompt repairs by someone who clearly knows his stuff, and one very satisfied customer. Highly recommend this company.

Filipe was on-time, friendly and very efficient with his time. I was on a call for work while he did his work and I was never interrupted…which is a good think. He left the house as clean as it was when he arrived and even asked if I was interested in signing up for their service plan….which I was and it ended up saving me money and will keep my system in check from now on. My central air went out during a heat wave. I called Noble Air, spoke to someone immediately and they had someone there as soon as I could meet them. The two individuals that did work for me were Filipe and Paulo. I could not of asked for two people more professional and skilled than they were. I will be a loyal Noble Air customer for life and I could not recommend them more. To steal a line from another local business; quality, comfort, and Price. That's nice!

Noble Air continues to impress! I've had 2 Ductless heat/ac systems installed over the years by Noble Air. They are always prompt, curtious, clean and professional! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mini split system and best of all they support everything they install!

My wife and I elected to go with Noble Air when considering having heat pumps installed in our house for the most part because they were very responsive and came highly recommended.
We are very happy we went with Noble Air. They did what they said they would and in a timely basis. They were very communicative about any issues they encountered. They showed up early every day they needed to get the job done.
They were very helpful in explaining how the system works and we have never felt like we were left on an island to fend for ourselves. The quality of a vendors' Customer Service has always been my measuring stick on how I would rate a vendor, and Noble Air receives my highest marks!
