Just had a whole house mini-split heat pump installed that required 2 outside condenser units and 8 indoor heads by Quality Air Systems. I chose them over a couple of larger volume installers and I couldn't be happier. With their very competitive quote , a $10,000 rebate from Massachusetts and a $2,000 Federal tax credit the whole system was relatively inexpensive. They spent a lot of time up front coming up with a placement for each indoor and outdoor that would satisfy us and maximize the functionality of the system. The installation crew was courteous and worked extremely hard to get the entire system installed in 2.5 days without disrupting our activities. We had the chance to use the system during a 2 day stretch of 90+ degrees and it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Quality Air Systems for your HVAC needs.

Terrible and rude customer service. Do not waste your time with this company.

I dont recommend this company to anyone, is the worst experience in my life.
I purchased a dehumidifier and they installed in my finish basement where my newborn baby spends most of his time ,the dehumidifier is leaking all over the floor and going under the carpet and walls .
I call the company trying to explain my situation and the lady that answer the phone was extremely rude to me ,scream at me and hang the phone on my.
I try to call back to talk with someone a little more professional and she answers again, scream at me to not call back and hang the phone again.
I believe that the lady that answer the phone need to find a jod ,not related at all to customer service.
I need now to find out if is mold in my basement and look for my lawyer phone number.
I dont believe that is the way to run a business.
Please, stay away from this place!!!

No customer service and won't service their own systems, however, If this was based just on the system they installed alone it would have been 5-stars, unfortunately though because they won't service their own systems and there is no customer service which is just as important if not more important this is a 1-star review.

I had originally called to inquire on warranty work as the brand new HVAC system wasn't delivering air to one of the rooms. After calling 3 or 4 times and speaking to someone I finally got a call back from the owner and he said he'd be in contact to schedule a time to come out and have a look. Sure enough that never happened and now the system is out of warranty...

I've now called a second time to inquire on a fresh air inlet that is not connected to understand why and see if I can connect it without harm to bring fresh air into the house. I've called twice in the same week, the receptionist confirmed she spoke to the owner and would remind him to call, still no call.

At this point I've reached out to CPS Heating & Cooling who addressed my first issue as well as my inquire on the fresh air vent, much better service all around - 4.7 star rating and 167 reviews on Google.

They installed a unit in a new townhouse I bought 3 years ago. Three floors and three zones. The problem from the outset is that turning on one zone turns on two. The top zone turns on the top floor and the main floor. The main floor zone turns on the main floor and the basement…so having separate zones never really mattered. Techs came out three times over the years and replaced parts and declared it fixed every time. Problem is it fixes for a day or two, and then it happens all over again. Now they declare it fixed and won’t respond to calls or email. I’m not sure why they offer a service line when they apparently don’t intend to stand behind there product. Run fast if you’re considering this company…they don’t care beyond the sale.

Update: had another HVAC company come in today and fix the motor actuator that was not connected to the clamper. I don’t know those components, but sounds simple and only cost me $274. This company could have done that but chose to ignore us instead. Seems like a very shortsighted business decision to ignore simple service. 🤷🏻‍♂️
