Over the last two years, my family and I have had NGC Sheet Metal install brand new extensive heating and air conditioning systems at our business and our residence. The employees of NGC are timely, efficient, and very pleasant. Their prices are competitive and fair. I have just reached out for my annual maintenance and received a response back within the hour. For all the companies, I looked into, NGC was my best option.

I wish I could leave a 6. 5 stars does not seem sufficient. I have been using NGC at the recommendation of the contractor who rebuilt our home. NGC has been fantastic. From maintenance to repair they have been flawless in their attention to detail, prompt service and quality. They are extremely knowledgable about the breadth of systems we have in our100 year old house as the HVAC systems have been updated over the years. They hav3e made thoughtful recommendations with respect to cost benefit. In simple terms - - - I trust them!

I contacted these guys to do an annual maintenance check up on my furnace and a/c unit. They got back to me right away and quoted me a very reasonable price. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and the technicians arrived right on time. They were professional, courteous, and took their time to thoroughly check both units, explaining their findings clearly.
