I called for an AC repair and they told me I had to pay $89 which would cover the service call. They told me he'd be there 2-5pm. Was not there by 5 so I called. The service guy (Joe) called back and said before he could come and look at it he needed a non-refundable $800 first without knowing what was wrong. He said the $89 I paid was wrong and that the office had no idea what they were doing. I called the office and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back and they would not answer the phone. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. STAY AWAY.
