I had called several other repair companies who told me that it would be 4 to 6 weeks for them to send me a repairman.
The technician fixed the oven quickly (minor repair) and was extremely friendly and nice.

I was looking to replace the oven in my home after the oven glass exploded and realized it would be cheaper to replace the oven rather than repair it. In the process I found this company on Facebook Marketplace and thought it was better to purchase from a company rather than a private seller…boy was I correct because the first oven they sold worked except the oven. They were very responsive and quick to send someone to fix it and they found out it was a burnt out fuse. Long story short they replaced and upgraded the oven I bought from them all in the same day. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!!! If you have any hesitancy of buying from them, I assure you that you will get a better quality appliance from them than a private seller that comes with a solid warranty and customer service. Thank you Juan and Junior for your professional, courtesy, and great service. Five stars all around

I purchased a wash machine for my brother and the team at Broadway Appliance not only delivered out of town for me (you have to and should pay for delivery) but came back twice to service the wash machine and honor their warranty! These people are trustworthy! I will certainly buy again from them!

Delivery was on time, very helpful and accommodating. Got a refrigerator that was like new for a great price! Very happy customer. Thanks again !

Do not trust this business.
I was sold a broken fridge. When you call the store they ignore you and don’t respond on messenger. The warranty is not legitimate as you will never be able to get in touch with them after your purchase. Do not buy anything from this business they will rob you.

Run, do not walk. I'm currently suing them, for giving them a faulty refrigerator that didn't work and not giving me my money back. They have screwed many people that I know of, and the paperwork is going through as we speak. They also will not take away the broken fridge they sold me. They refuse to pick it up, so I am suing them for that as well. If I dont not get all my money back, I will tell all of Massachusetts about their terrible business practices over any and all social media sites.

I purchased I refrigerator and a dishwasher from this place. The refrigerator came missing parts and I had to order from amazon and I paid $67,00. Dishwasher was missing the power cord, then I went to home depot and bought one and paid $14,00 and install on the dishwasher. I had to pay a lot of money to the plumber for installation and in the end the dishwasher DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I called them so many times and they rudely answer the phone and it is a month over and they even came to fix or replace the dishwasher. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU PAY EVERYTHING. I have to buy another one, and I lost all my money.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THIS STORE.

Set up an appointment to have our fridge fixed on a certain day. When that day came, they didn't show up. Their phone number kept giving me the busy tone for the whole day. When we went to the shop, they said the owner was gone and the phone wasn't connected right, which is weird since it worked fine 1 and 2 days before. We later got our fridge fixed somewhere else. All our food already went bad tho. Oh well.

If you need your fridge fixed, stay away from this place.

Run far and FAST. They sold my elderly mother a $450 refrigerator that does not work on Craigslist. They delivered a completely different model than the one advertised which did not have a working freezer or ice maker (which was promised in private messages to work). It had a two-month "guarantee" and when my mother asked for them to fix it or give her the money back and take the fridge away they originally told her it would cost $125 for them to come and fix (!) and then blocked her on Messenger. We are pursuing it in small claims court. Also please note that the "positive reviews" are from the owner and friends and family. This is a 100% rip off, preying on people that are good and trusting and taking advantage of them.

They came quickly and were friendly and helpful for only one day. Told me they would buy the part and get back to me... so much for that. I've called the business so many times and left messages but never heard back and they never answered the phone. It's been a month and now I have to find another business to repair my washer.
