Excellent people professional realistic not trying to pay of there kids private school off with one customer.
They do try to strong arm you for annual service I wonder what would happen if I didn't do the annual service would they refuse to come?

The worst heating company.. they make promises but never do the right thing..

Terrible customer service, tech was wrong (after a second opinion from another company).

Front desk women was very short with me and rushed my phone call along.

HVAC went out and when I called to get someone to my house to help me out the person answering the phone was very rude. Berated me for not doing regular maintenance, quoted me $250 for a 1 hour service call which was over twice other HVAC companies and when I said I would see if i could get someone to the house sooner that three days out she told me "good luck with that" and then hung up on me. (I found someone for the next day)

Not sure how the repair crews are but their phone administrator is very poor.

They tried to over charged me. But the were messing with the wrong person. I had the paper they gave me with a previous quote when they came to do the work the technician was trying to charge me a different rate, when I pull out my paper to show him what was written on the previous quote, he told me he will honor the previous quote. But i would have to pay $141 for 1hr of work.
