Called Jay Moody to check out the heat pump systems in my new home. Brandon was very thorough in checking the systems and verifying that everything is working as it should. I met with Leo the following week to discuss alternate heat sources and he was able to provide me with a couple of options which he explained very well and gave very fair quotes. Highly recommend Jay Moody HVAC!

From start to finish, everyone that we worked with at Jay Moody was professional and made the whole process so easy.

Garrett came to assess our needs and design the system and promptly provided estimates for a few different options. We went with 2 zones inside (one ceiling and 1 wall) and 1 unit outside. He took the time to answer all of our question.

Cindy worked with Melissa to schedule the work and easily take care of the financial transactions.

Jack and Joey and 2 other helpers handled the electrical and hvac work. They arrived at the scheduled date and time. They honored our request to route the piping through the garage and crawl space with minimal showing outside. They worked quietly and were friendly and polite. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even know they had been here Joey walked through the system and showed me how to operate. The work was completed in 1 day and we have been happily chilling since then.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had contacted Jay Moody Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to replace a mini-split AC unit in our Great Room. Every interaction I had with the staff was great. Leo, Melissa, annd Adam were all very professional and prompt with their communication. Leo reviewed two options and explained about the applicable rebates and tax credits. The technicians were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done on time. They took care to wear covers on their shoes when walking through the house, cleaned up and took away the old unit. They explained how to use the new unit and followed up to tell us about maintenance/ service options. I highly recommend Jay Moody. Excellent service and competitive pricing!

Very helpful and continued to dig on a problem and found real root cause instead of taking the easy answer and leaving. Recent service on furnace and mini-split was very professional, Kaija took the time to explain how a few of the doohickeys worked. Great overall experience

Had multiple quotes to start my home project and had a great experience with Jay Moody right from the initial estimate to completion of the job. They were very punctual and easy to get a hold of, everyone we’ve dealt with was exceptional. Big shout out to Adam B. Our install tech, he provided top notch service including the rest of the team as well!

We just had an issue with our new boiler setting and no heat in a room. Jay
Moody came out that morning and fixed both issues. The technician Scott was great. We couldn’t be happier with the service.

We had 2 systems put in over the spring. Ducted heat pumps and new combined boiler. They were by far the best contractors we have worked with. Very knowledgeable, clean, helpful. They explained how to use everything. Both projects finished on or before schedule.

Maintenance provided by Kaija today. She was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Install of a seperate control for dehumidifer that was installed late last year.
System was still under warranty from recent purchase so no charge was assessed.
Moody has always been responsive to any questions or concerns I've had with my new HVAC and dehumidifier.

Thomas, has always been professional and great to troubleshoot issues. He takes the time to explain the issue before a update or repair.

We have used Jay Moody HVAC for yearly maintenance on our heating/air conditioning system, with NO COMPLAINTS. But, the very best thing we ever did was to have them install a Phenomenal Aire indoor air purifier. This addition to our HVAC system is 'phenomenal'! No more cooking or pet odors. Highly recommend this company for excellent service and product offerings!

I am in the process of building a new home and HVAC is an important decision. I have read about heat pumps, but found much of the information to be vague and confusing -- until I read the Jay Moody website. I called the Company with some questions. Jay Sharkey, the owner, called me back and spent close to an hour explaining heat pump technology and the pros and cons. He was incredibly helpful. The bad news is the company does't service the area I am building in. No problem, Jay referred me to a company in my local area. It is refreshing to meet a company that recognizes the value of customer service!

The Jay Moody crew just finishes a heat pump install today for our family. This was done to replace a no longer working central AC, and to reduce oil use during heating season. From the start everyone was super helpful and attentive. When the crew arrived, we were well informed about what to expect throughout the process, and they patiently took our questions during the install. We are very happy with the service we received!

We had Mini-splits put in our house in October. The service started on time - ended on time and the staff and workers were quiet, diligent, and overall respectful of our home and time. The team kept us informed and the final product was/is amazing. 5 stars from sales to install. Great job - highly recommended!

Jay Moody always does a great job. I have been using them for years. I have always been satisfied. Recently, I had an issue with my furnace. Thomas was exceptional. He explained everything so that I could understand. I also used.Jay Moody for my heat pumps installation. That team was also extremely professional. They also check my Rinaii tankless hot water heater for me yearly. I highly recommend Jay Moody for all of your heating and air-conditioning needs.

Had them install a new heat pump system last year (for one zone ) and chose them after reviewing several proposals from competitors. Not necessarily the low bidder but they do quality work .

Very competitive pricing for a full replacement installation. Their communication was top notch, the crews were very efficient and polite and clean up was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I worked with Paul and Jack on an electrical project. They were very helpful, communicative, and timely. When challenges (not of their making) came up they were always able to explain the issue clearly and offer reasonable solutions. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.
