We are more than pleased. Justin solved three different issues. We had previous plumbers and HVAC professionals look at the problems. One said we needed a new furnace (We don't) and another said there was no fix for a problem we had with the smoke pipe. Justin is honest, reliable, polite, knowledgeable and very neat. Call him first!

Justin was referred by a colleague to fix a leak in our baseboard heat. He came out quickly and ordered the parts needed to do the repair and was back the following week. The workmanship was excellent, price was fair and they were very careful and clean while working in our house. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment for Sept 1 at 9am , this appointment was scheduled one month earlier . They no showed and no called . When I called I was given some excuse about emergencies . THEY rescheduled for Sept 9 between 9-930 . AGAIN no call and no show , they did call after 9:30 claiming they were at ANOTHER emergency but could come later . I declined to even respond this time . 6 weeks waiting , 2 appointments , 2. No shows ,2 excuses , if they can’t even manage a phone call or to even show up , how can they be trusted to fix your issues .
