Scott and Peter did a fantastic job upgrading the wiring for our in ground swimming pool and running a new line for an electric heat pump. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have a Kohler generator that was acting up, and I called caron electric they came over that day and fixed the issue, and they introduced me to kohler On-cue monitoring through there company, 24hrs a day. Not only did the office monitor, but the tech that came over said his phone and all the employees get the alerts as well as the boss 24-7.living in New England this is pretty cool and needed. I have had my generator for 2 years and i just found out about this now.

Generator was supposed to be serviced in December and no one showed up. Have called several times and left messages but got no call back. Koehler app indicates service needed. Also tried to submit and on line request for appointment and that didn’t work. The number that indicates that a live person will answer just goes to voice mail.
Caron installed this generator and I was very pleased, but follow up service seems to be lacking.

I had the electricity go out in my house ( defective main breaker). I called Caron and was told an electrician would get back to me in an hour or so. That was 3 days ago, and no call back at all.
Glad I ended up calling O’Reilly electric. They called back within an hour and fixed the problem later that day.
