My older home was in need of some TLC and upon a recommendation from my mailman I contacted Thomas. So glad I did! He was prompt with his communication and honest with me about what needed to get done and what I could wait on. Their work was excellent, site was always clean and communication was consistent through the whole process. Highly recommend.

Needed a complete bathroom renovation. I'm a single homeowner so I get nervous when I need to hire contractors. They responded promptly, super easy to communicate with, very understanding and walked me through every step of the way. The work is clean and beautiful and even done ahead of projected schedule. We've worked with CD Donahue for 15 years. They have done work in my home as well as my dental office. I feel comfortable having them do big projects or smaller ones, commercial or residential. I know they will do both with the same level of care and detail. I find them extremely professional and easy to work with. The work they do is high quality, they show up on time and they clean up. They are very careful to protect the surrounding areas when they do work. They also have wonderful subcontractors that are equally courteous and professional. What started with a one room refresh quickly expanded to renovating 70% of our home and there is absolutely no one else I would have trusted other than Thomas, Wellington and team. Working with C.D. Donahue has been nothing short of a smooth process with zero hiccups and making all my wildest dreams a reality all within the timeline we initially discussed. Tom's team is professional, extremely detail oriented and without a doubt masters in their trade. Every one (including other sub contractors) who have come by to see the work always notice the extra details and how all the work was done without taking any shortcuts. We plan to continue to work with their team once we're ready to complete the remaining 30% but until then we are so pleased with our home so far and know that the investment is well worth it! We hired C D Donahue General Contractors for interior finish work. We highly recommend this company based on the great experience we had with them. First of all, the final job was done completely, on time and to a high standard of quality. They were quick in responding to our request for an estimate that was priced very reasonably. The work was finished on time with no surprises. The staff was skilled, professional and very respectful.

Thomas and his team were a dream to work with. When Thomas came in to take a look at what we were hoping to do (take down a wall) he had the vision to help us see even more potential "What if you raised the ceiling 2 feet?" After going over costs, we chose to follow his lead and raise the ceiling as well. What a true difference it made and a vision that we didn't even think was possible. His guys were incredibly fast, efficient, transparent, and most importantly kind. His team from the demo, plastering, electrical, plumbing, are all skilled and professional. If there was ever a hiccup, he was quick to loop us in and resolve it. The night before our major demo, our sink broke, he helped set us up with getting that fixed. Our budget also didn't allow for our floors to get done, which left a gap between the once separated rooms. He created a beveled piece to bridge the gap which has been a perfect solution until we are ready for the floors to get refinished. We had a great experience working with CD Donahue for a built-in desk for our daughter's room. From the start, Chuck identified a cost-effective approach that enabled us to leverage pre-fabricated (vs. custom-built) cabinetry for part of the project, and he provided clear alternatives throughout as we planned the project. Wellington and Jose were the primary team, with Thomas also consulting, and they completed the project on time / promptly, and were very careful and respectful of the space throughout. The final product is excellent, and came in within budget, and we would readily engage the team again for future contracting needs.

I have been using C D Donahue for all of my carpentry and home projects. We couldn't be more impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. From start to finish, Tom and Chuck, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
