Anthony Kent at Basnett provided top-notch service when I was seeking HVAC repair and replacement estimates. He was timely, professional, friendly, and walked me through various solutions that were budget-friendly and made sense based on my financial and home needs. Anthony even had this unique software that no other contractor brought with them -- it created a 3D diagram of my home so Anthony could measure all the doors, windows, fireplaces and other ventilation sources. This ensured he was assessing for my home's actual usage needs for heat and AC, not just guessing based on a rough estimate by eyesight. I was impressed with Anthony's professional services and found Basnett easy to work with and responsive to any questions or needs that arose. Highly recommend!

Matt did a fantastic job identifying and then replacing worn out parts in our furnace to keep it running efficiently. As always, Basnett Plumbing service is awesome.

Fantastic work from the quote through the install. Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable about what options we had for putting a mini split in our dining room. Cameron was very helpful during the install and answered all of my questions. Would absolutely recommend!

I had two twenty year old furnaces and air conditioners that needed replacing, they listened to what I was looking for. It wasn’t the least expensive system but it met all my requests. Their follow up has been great and they get me answers to my operating questions.

Our hot water heater started to have a slow leak. Fearing we may need a new water heater, I called Basnett first thing in the morning. Phinias arrived later that same morning! He performed a water pressure and temperature test, and quickly identified the issue to be a bad temperature & pressure relief valve. Phinias was just wonderful—he was personable, knowledgeable, and discussed our repair or replacement options. Given the age of our water heater, we will need to have it replaced soon. Luckily it wasn’t this day. But when that time does come, we will most certainly work with Basnett on the purchase and install. Our experience with Phinias was 5 stars.

Emergency electrical services. Swift and comprehensive. Extremely professional. I am both relieved and satisfied. Looking forward to working with Basnett again for other longer-term repairs.

Taylor is a very good technician. He added wireless thermostat to our older Oil heat system. Taylor is courteous, competent and thorough in his work. Basnett has handled our AC needs well.

Wayne Lambert provided excellent service. I am a new customer who had a leak in my stack pipe in my cellar. Wayne and his apprentice determined the problem and the next morning fixed the repair. My house is 110 yrs old and I felt confident that Wayne knew the problem and could repair it. I will definitely use Basnett again and plan on switching my gas heating service to them.

I can’t say enough good things about Basnett Plumbing, Hearing, AC & Electrical. This is one stop shopping at it finest. All service reps have been outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. They always show up on time with a courtesy text sent half hour before arrival so so can plan. Terrific HVAC company. I highly recommend them.

The Basnett crew that installed my boiler was exceptional! They were on time both days, communicated well, and the workmanship was beyond awesome. Kialy was prompt arriving; efficient and thorough in troubleshooting the problem. He was friendly and provided a complete explanation of what the issue is and our options for fixing the problem. Parts are needed to fix the problem … before he left, he had sent the information to his warehouse to get the parts on order to minimize the lead time.

My furnace had a problematic install from another company. It's a 1yr old system that is now working perfectly thanks to the strong support from everyone at Basnett.

This final stretch of issues required a Sherlock Holmes approach to figure out the last puzzle piece that was causing condensate issues and shutting down because it wasn't draining as designed.
