Matt saved me a flooded laundry room, stress, and a whole lot of money. Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I discovered a serious leak in the laundry. I called 7 plumbers and only two could come out; because of the holiday, it'd be $520-$840. Matt Buss talked to me about the issue, asked me to send him a video, and then actually explained over the phone how I could fix it myself for $30 in parts! Absolutely extraordinary. And I'm a woman, so I haven't had a lot of plumbers tell me "I think you could probably do it". But do it I did and I'm so grateful! It would have been so easy for him to just tell me I needed a pro and charge anything he wanted. I will be calling him the next time I need help--and hopefully actually pay him at some point!

Very professional, knows what he's doing, honest. Matt Buss is not your average grungy plumber. He is well-spoken, clean, neat, and kept the job site very tidy. He clearly likes what he does.

Great experience! My poor dad's heater and water heater broke at the same time and I was looking for estimates. Matt was quick and professional and gave me a good recommendation on replacing our water heater with a trusted brand along with a reasonable price. He came through the next day and was did a great job in putting in the new unit. Their work comes with an one year warranty and the product has a lifetime warranty so we don't have to worry again for at least some time. Flexible, responsive, professional, and reliable. My dad is fully satisfied.
