I have used this company for at least 20 years over 3 different residences. They are by far one of the most reasonably priced company by far over similar companies that offer the same services. The owner will make sure anything you need gets done to your satisfaction. I have had them put in retaining walls, walkways, patio, lawn service, over seeding, gutters, mulching and handling my sprinkler system. Highly recommend!!

They are very hard working and do a great job. One time, when we had a major snowstorm on top of a storm days before, they had to come late in the evening. Roads were impassable all day long and all snow removal companies had the same problem. Neighbors were using snow blowers very late at night and very early in the morning. Pine Hill called us to let us it would be very late; they also cleared it through the local police department. They are very customer-service oriented.

We have had absolutely no problem with PIne Hill and have been with them for six years.

I have used Pine Hill for approximately 10 years. They cut my lawn and do a good job. when I need extra work and give them a call. They’re always responsive and call back quickly. They also clean my gutters and do occasional trimming of my bushes, and I’ve always been happy with the work.

Crew members have attitude problems with each other

I called weeks ago and left a message. Called back multiple times. Was told they were sending someone to check it out after I kept calling. Haven't heard from then since. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!

not really sure why they need to be doing snow removal for my neighbor at 3:30 in the morning, but it's quite obnoxious and people are trying to sleep. and no i didn't want to contact anyone, because honestly this is something that someone shouldn't do.

Called five weeks ago to ask if they were still doing fall cleaning and gutters I was told they were still doing fall cleaning no problem that they would be by for an estimate they were still doing fall cleaning Except five weeks go by no estimate no call so I called them leave a message never get a call back called them yesterday gave them my address told them I called five weeks ago and was told that they were still doing the fall cleaning and that they would come by the girl asked for my address I give it to her and her answer was unfortunately we are no longer doing for cleaning yeah but five weeks ago when I called you said you were thanks for nothing so unprofessional !!!!

Gave them several chances to come do work around my yard...called was told they would be there in the next few days....never showed up. Called again was told they would be there Wednesday, changed my plans to be here for them, they never showed up. Pine Hill has not called me nor contacted me at all.....very unprofessional. They have lost my business.

I am so far unhappy with their landscaping services. They ruined front of my lawn with their equipment. Promised to fix but 1.5 months later still haven’t fixed it. I had to fix it myself. Last grass cut was very badly done. Some areas were untouched.

I can't comment on their landscaping service, but, if they want to have a good reputation, they might want to be more discerning about who is driving their trucks. I almost got run off the road in Ludlow today by a Pine Hill Landscaping truck. Everyone was merging when two lanes turned into one lane. This guy impulsively sped up and cut me off just to keep with the other landscaping truck in front of us. I had my child in the car with me and it was just a totally unnecessary thing for him to do. He almost caused an accident just to stay directly behind his buddy! I have never left a negative review, but they could try to be safer on the road.

I've received two bills in the mail for services I did not ask for, or authorize. One bill was for snow-plowing which was absolutely never discussed with this company, and considering it has snowed twice here and I own my own snow-blower, renders this service completely unnecessary. I've called three times now and was told the owner would call me back, but I've heard nothing. When I initially reached out to get a quote on some services from them it took them 2 weeks to respond, and they didn't call, they came to my house in the middle of the day, and I just happened to be home from work that day. Incredibly unprofessional and so far terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 cord of firewood and scheduled delivery they no showed wasted day waiting for them. Got that sorted out paid cash for my firewood then noticed that 40% was too long beyond 16" which was discussed when ordered. Worked for weeks to get a resolution - responses "I let the boss know" I finally just cut the rest myself. Don't use them, if you do use a CC -don't pay cash
