Mark and Lakeview do an amazing job for us at Emerald Place. We have been working together for several years now and have found their work to be meticulous and prompt. I would highly recommend Lakeview Landscaping to any property manager or homeowner.

The landscapers from Lakeview Landscaping & Irrigation cleared out a large portion of trees and brush from our side yard. The crew came out in a timely fashion, worked throughout the day, and cleaned up all debris when they were finished. We returned home from work to a beautiful extended front and side yard. Upon clearing the brush the ground was leveled and then hydro seeded. We could not be happier with the final result. Lakeview Landscaping exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

We had Lakeview completely redo our front lawn. Lakeview's process was easy and streamlined from the very beginning. They consulted with us about what we wanted, made some suggestions that gave us the easiest maintenance with the most appeal, suggested shrubs and flowers that would complement what we needed and wanted, and the entire project took only 2 days work. They ripped up our entire front lawn (about 1/8th acre), reseeded, laid down about 20-25 yards of mulch, and set the sprinkler system up for the first few days' maintenance.

Great price, great service, great lawn! Will definitely go through them again.

The last crew Lakeview sent out to work on my sprinkler system did an amazing job. I told him I had a bunch of issues last year with electrical issues and sprinkler head coverage, and he was able to fix everything I asked for in a timely and efficient manner. I didn't have to individually point out which heads had issues, he took the time to go through each one and make sure that it was working and watering efficiently. Great job, thank you!

Had a major problem with a lawn treatment by lakeview landscaping as they burnt several areas of my lawn. They called and explained that they had an issue that day with defective spreader
They advised that they would repair lawn in August and did a tremendous job repairing damaged area and also did work on entire lawn area. Very responsive and happy with the results

Lakeview installed the irrigation system in my house which I bought from the builder.
Lakeview primed the irrigation system and fixed a leak in the system.

I had several problems with Lakeview:
1) When they did the original priming of my irrigation system they insisted on charging me for the service even though my builder had told me that it would be no charge. Lakeview wasn't willing to forego $70 in order to begin building a relationship with a potential long-term customer.
2) When I discovered a leak in my system I had to call Lakeview at least 3 or 4 time in order to get them to call back
3) After fixing the leak in the system, they insisted that the leak was my fault even though I believe it was due to defective installation. They were rude and unhelpful during the conversation and simply insisted they be paid in full for work that never should have had to be done in the first place.
4) They provided no information about how to care for or service the irrigation system (I have never owned one before) and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't know how to do it.
Overall my impression is that Lakeview performs poor quality work, is poorly managed, is rude, and is (perhaps) dishonest.

I had left several messages for Lakeview to come and look at my irrigation system. No reply. I even stopped by their place and was told it was "the other brother" who does that but she would let him know that I was interested in having them do some work. To this day, I haven't heard back.

Mark, allows his crew to do whatever they want on customers properties. He authorized his crew to remove a tree and a hydrangea bush from our property when he was told they were not to be touched. He offered to provide the dates his crew were scheduled to be on the property since they don’t call to let you know they are scheduled to be on site and then he refused to provide the information He delayed asking his crew any information. And of course no one knows what happened. His crew also stole one of our irrigation heads that was not theirs, and when asked about it Mark ignored the question. Then charged me for a replacement. He also refused to refund the remaining lawn treatment that was paid in advance that aren’t being done for the remainder of the season because of how unprofessional and disrespectful his crew is. I don’t recommend Lakeview landscaping for the simple reason that they are not trustworthy. His crew is dishonest and absolutely disrespectful. Unfortunately, we defended Lakeview landscaping when we were being harassed by our neighbors because of his crew. He was also notified his crew was illegally dumping the yard debris on an abandoned lot and he did not acknowledge this or cared that his crew were causing these issues. I rather excruciatingly watch YouTube videos on how to fix my own yard then to continue paying for someone to just damage my property and cause me more issues.

March 23rd at approximately 1:20 p.m., I was traveling over Pearl Street in Fitchburg. One of your trucks decided it was a good idea to pass me coming over that little hill, due to the potholes, I was driving slowly. First of all, I believe the speed limit is only 25 and passing someone on that street is extremely dangerous. You could take a look at your GPS trackers and have a chat with the individual who was driving recklessly.
