Definitely fast. My dishwasher works now. I wasn’t home when the guy came and he didn't give any explanation or invoice to my wife before she paid the check.

Called on saturday afternoon spoke to Hameed about my washer not draining, Hameed came and fixed it in an hour very reasonable charges nothing extra for a weekend call. Highly recommended.

Called for an appointment to have my washer and dryer looked at and repaired after a basement flood affected the function of both machines. The technician was prompt and professional.Price was very reasonable. Both machines up and running!

I Called at 10:30pm with washing machine problem, he showed up next day diagnosed problem changed part in an hour. Reasonable rates, fast service, professional, will be using for all future appliance needs.

About a year ago my garbage disposal all of a sudden stopped working. Panicked, I immediately had a new one installed. Although it was an Insinkerator like the last one, it surely couldn't compare to the original - a batch feed Model 17, now discontinued. When I recently made several calls to see if the Model 17 could be repaired, I was repeatedly told that it had to be installed for a service call; that is, until I called 'Fast Appliance Repair' in Lynn. When I made it clear that the disposal was not installed I was assured it could be serviced anyway. Well, long story short, Hamid arrived late afternoon and within a matter of minutes had my Insinkerator humming. The 'magnetic switch' as it is called (nothing magnetic about it) had seized and just needed a little shot of WD-40. The start switch assembly ($60+ replacement part) had been broken away from housing during removal and Hamid showed me how the batch feed could be activated via a standard wall switch in lieu of the disposal stopper/actuator. I was over the moon and plan to reinstall the Model 17.
This fellow really knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to contact him again for appliance service and would most definitely give Fast Appliance Repair ★★★★★ !!!

I contacted company to have my washer repair, I had to place a review because of of the honesty of the worker and this company. One was able to stop by very promptly same day call back was received. Furthermore, he told me the repairs would be so costly recommended to just have it replaced. I love this because it shows they do this for there customers and not just to make a profit. When above and beyond to even show me an app where I could purchase one for an affordable price. Services were not done but his actions say 1,000 more. Would definitely recommend looks like they enjoy and love what they do and there in it for what’s best for the customer and that’s a lot now a days. :)

Got an appointment to fix my dryer the next day. Hamid Was on time friendly and priced right. Had the heater coil for my dryer in the truck and was done in less than an hour. 👍👍
