A most unprofessional company. If someone comes out to your home, listens to your needs, says yes they will do the job and then never get back to you.. that is just rude. If he had just said he couldn't do it it would have been no problem as i wouldn't have waited an additional 2 weeks to try and get another company at the begining of spring. I just think a phone call would have been the right thing to do. I guess in the big picture i wouldn't want to work with someone like that anyway so it worked out ok in the end...i was able to find another company to do the job and they return phone calls and show up when they say they will. That's the kind of people i like to work with.
