From the first phone call to the final cleanup, Black Diamond Energy was amazing. Every member of the team was responsive, timely, professional, and had a tremendous amount of respect for the customer and the job. We are a couple months out from the project being completed, and the ductless units are cost effective and have transformed the comfortability of our house. The external ductwork was completed thoughtfully and with precision so that it is barely noticeable. Joe and Black Diamond Energy even helped us with the MassSAVE paperwork so that we were ensured to receive the rebate. I had a couple of quotes for ductless heating/AC before Black Diamond came in and was getting pretty frustrated. The other companies were mainly just trying to sell me a product and were not knowledgeable or flexible about options for how to best cool/heat our old house. Then Joe and his team came in and answered every question I had, giving us a couple of different options on how to stay cost-effective and efficient. He kept telling me, "I like to ask myself, "Am I trying to provide a temporary fix that I will have to address again, or am I doing something that will last for years down the road."" The electrician even gave me a cheaper, better option than the one I had originally planned for.

Joe explained where every unit would go and why, then found the best way to hide the ductwork so that it would have a minimal impact on the exterior of the house. He and the team worked around my wife working from home and our baby's nap schedule. The flexibility and care that everyone puts into the work is not something you see very often these days. I wanted to write this review because I wish that there were more people and companies like this, and that when you find something like Black Diamond, they deserve to be applauded.
