John Henry has the right tools and supplies for your job. Had to go here because Home Depot stove pipe does not meet code. Also PVC was not at the other places that I needed. There are huge differences. For a quality job, you need to go to North Shore Heating.

I cannot even explain how helpful they’ve been during this arctic blast misery!! My heat went out on a Tuesday and with all the plumbers super backed up I was left to just call around for parts In basically a language, I don’t understand, plumbing! I seriously spoke to every plumbing supply house on the North Shore, FW Webb (ok, but pricey), borneff showroom (so miserable to speak to, did not want to help me at all), and Brian at North Shore explained everything to me in a way I could understand, never rushed me, listened to my problems thoroughly, even helped me, diagnose them, allowed me to purchase and return apart that was not the problem we needed, and actually encouraged me to check a few things myself that we’re very simple before purchasing another part, AND helped me get some money back in a rebate. I didn’t think places like this still existed, But I am so thankful they do, and I was in a crisis and they were the silver lining.
