These guys were the 2nd plumber I called after my boiler was shut down for a gas leak. They showed up on time, took the firing mechanism apart found the leak, suggested a number of options & got it running again safely with in an hour! They charged me $120 for the visit & I couldn't be happier with the service!

Returned my call right away and showed up right on time. Work was done professionally and quickly. I Will definitely do business with Russo's again.

So i called Addarios...for a recycling pump. They charged 60 bucks for an estimate and told me 900 dollars for the repair. Then i called Russos. Free estimate and they did the job the same day for 120 bucks. Russos earned me as a lifetime customer because they are HONEST.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Michael Russo Plumbing company to address a plumbing issue, and I can not commend them enough for their exceptional service. From start to finish.

This company provides excellent dependable service, hired them for installing and connecting my kitchen sink, faucet and disposal during a renovation. They were very fair and clear on what was involved with the job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

Anthony did a great job the Jenn Air install at our home. Initially he thought that carpenters and electricians may have to come in as the old vent line and cut out, the gas line and electrical box were not allowing enough space to perform the install. The old Jenn Air and new Jenn Air are not the same layout.ssss He came up with a very good and minimal solution. I just wanted to let you know that eventhough the install was frustrating that all was accomplished well.

A faucet broke in the cellar. The plumber told us how much it would cost for him to come to fix it. We used FaceTime to try to shut off the water and save us from having a big bill. I thought it was very good of him to try to save us money. We tried but couldn't get the water to shut off. He came over promptly with everything he needed and repaired our problem.

Russo Plumbing and heating installed a high effeciency very complicated heating system and they did an awesome job. After 2 years I just had them out to service the system and Anthony went completely through the system and was more thorough than I expected..If you are looking to have work done, these are the guys to hire, I won't call anyone else!

Best plumber we ever used, hands down. Incredible attention to detail; professional...all around great service! Wouldn't consider using anyone else! And trust me, I have used a few plumbers in my lifetime and Russo is by far, excellent!! Wouldn't consider anyone else

We’ve been using Russo plumbing for as long as we can remember. They’re always responsive and get the job done. We just had them do the plumbing work for our irrigation system install. Professional, clean, show up on time… And priced fairly. Thanks for another great job!

This was my first time calling Michael Russo Plumbing. David arrived as promised to assess a problem with what I thought was a broken pipe. He guided me to call a company to snake out a stoppage and what to do if that didn’t resolve the issue. His services were not needed for this situation, however I will be calling him for anything in the future. He was very kind, spent a good amount of time educating me on this problem. I was not charged for his assessment. I really appreciated his honesty and generosity.

We had Mike Russo Plumbing in when we renovated our half bath and were very satisfied with how things turned out. There was an initial issue with the faucet installation (partially due to the type of faucet we chose) and once informed he promptly sent sent a guy back to remedy the situation at no additional cost. Great customer service.
