I had a quote within a day of calling.

I had them take pictures of the work they did and I observed them multiple times at the jobsite (I was driving by) and they were extremely professional and literally finished my whole roof in one day. They also replaced rotted wood in my roof (for extra money) and also replaced my gutters after I saw what a good job they did with my roof. I would use them again - and they were much more straight-shooting than the competition in the Lynn, Revere, East Boston, Chelsea area.

Oh also - they cleaned up after themselves. No nails, no shingles anywhere. They actually tidied up my backyard too and cleaned some of the trash that gets blown into our yard from the road. I have never had such a good experience with a company but they did such a good job.

Benicio was great to work with ! Hired him for a roof repair, he offered me a very reasonable price and the work was done within a couple hours ! Would highly recommend him and his team !

Benico and his team did superb work for us at a much better price than anyone else gave us. They were efficient and pleasant, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They will be the first people we call from now on.

I hired B&D to fix my farmers porch posts and railing. I had contacted three different contractors and they were very competitive on pricing and the most responsive. They were quick, did a great job. Workmanship was fantastic - even under extreme cold.

Benicio and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our old fence. They demoed the old one and got the new one up in just two days. It looks great and was fairly priced. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I had a leak in my roof around a vent pipe and needed a fix before it rained again. I found B&D online and they had great reviews. I called them in the morning and they came out to take a look that same day and gave me a reasonable quote. They had an unexpected opening a couple days later so it was fixed sooner than originally planned. The crew was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly.

They will become my "go-to" first contact guys for home repairs.
My initial; job was small siding issue.
They came on time, did a good quick repair at a reasonable price.
It's always hard to find a good reliable contractor - they're the ones I'll ask first

I contacted B&D Construction about installing two railings and a post on my flat rubber roof. Benicio called back quickly and stopped by my house a couple of days later. He told me everything that he would do and I was impressed by his knowledge. Because the roof would need to be cut in order to install the post, I was very concerned about the roof leaking in the future if the installation wasn't done properly. My fears were allayed after talking with Benicio as he walked me through the installation step by step. I decided to hire him and gave him a 50% deposit. I also told him that I was in the process of getting a HELOC on my house and that the installation would need to finished before the appraiser came to appraise the house.

Benicio and three additional workers arrived this morning at 9am. They worked for 3 hours and did an absolutely perfect job! The new railing is very well built and the posts were flashed properly. The end result looks beautiful! I am extremely happy that I hired B&D and will definitely hire them again.

Also, as we all know (and Game of Thrones repeatedly told us), the winter is coming. The DREADED winter is coming! I live on a steep hill in the Glendale section of Everett and I'm really tired of shoveling and slipping and falling. Thankfully, B&D handles snow removal so I will be calling them for that in the wintry future! :-)

B&D came out to our home very quickly for a roof repair estimate and were able to complete the work during the same visit. They were friendly, professional, and did the work for half the price another local company quoted us for. I would highly recommend B&D construction!

I highly recommend. I needed two windows replaced, and a leaking roof. They got things done quick, the work was great, without any hassle. Benicio always kept in contact, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Thumbs up!!

B&D Construction & Painting installed new gutters on our house. They were prompt, solid, and very reasonably priced compated to two other qotes we got for the job. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and recommend B&D company highly.

Highly recommend Benicio and his crew. Needed a quick repair on a rotting fascia corner that was struggling to hold up the gutter. Benicio quoted me for the work and had the job completed all within a few days. Even helped remove an old antenna on the chimney from the previous owners that I was never able to reach.
Also did a great job with gutter cleaning.

Benicio was a pleasure to work with. I had a relatively small job to replace 24’ of rotten fascia and a failing gutter, and his crew repaired it in short order at a fair price. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and I would definitely recommend B & D and hire them again in the future.

Benicio and his crew painted our front and back porches and steps along with our deck and back area of our old Victorian in Lynn. They also replaced our basement door that had seen better days, all for a fair price. He was courteous and thorough. Removed and returned all of our deck furniture the same day and left everything very tidy. Also did a small touch up that I requested. Would definitely recommend!

B&D construction was AMAZING! Benicio got back to me immediately after I left a message. He came the next day to give us a quote to fix some rotted wood and then paint our house. VERY FAIR PRICES! Within a week he was here to start the process and finished within 2 days. 7-5 both days and his men were VERY hard workers! Cleaned everything up like they had never been here! Will DEFINITELY be hiring them again!

I called B&D a day after our last big storm had caused my roof to start leaking, and Benicio was at my house the very next day. Not only did he come out and take a look to give me a quote, but he got the materials and completed the job all before 12 PM that very same day! Benicio and his brother were professional, fair, and efficient. I also appreciated the fact that he took the time to show me pictures of my roof, walk me through the process, and send me process pictures when he was done to keep for my own records. I was so happy that I was able to find them so quickly and get our roof siutation patched up without much fuss. Highly recommmend!

B&D did an amazing job. I called Benicio and he was at our house doing the work less than a week later. They kept their materials and trash super organized and finished the job quickly. We will definitely keep them in mind moving forward!

B&D Benny did an estimate for repair of gutters on a gazebo porch and a back porch on our Victorian. No other Co. went up on the roof to check out the problem. He had the ladders up and looking before we even talked much. He gave us an estimate right then. After checking other Companies, we decided he was the best. Other Companies couldn't come for three weeks. Benny came the next week and finished in one day. They were very thorough and even helped paint and caulk some spots we couldn't get. Very satisfied with them and will call again.
