Scheduled an appointment for 11 am. Got a call around then saying the electrician was running late on another job, ok I get that. Around 1:10 call back for an update, am told they will check and call me back. They never do.
At 1:25 call back again and am informed electrician has an emergancy wont get to me till 5. Is that ok? No it isn't. I have other things to do and it's uncacceptable that I wasn't notified of this and had to call twice to find out.

This is disrespectful and unacceptable customer service, particularly when you want to charge $80 dollars just to come and evaluate what needs to be done.
