Erika on the phones was wonderful!! So pleasent. She had Derek come out and solved my issue. I highly recommend better comfort systems.

Technicians Chris and John were great. They efficiently diagnosed the problem with my wine cellar cooling unit and offered me options for repair and replacement.

BCS is the best. Chris was fantastic. On time courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired issues and described. Great job Chris and the entire BCS gang!!!

Tim was the technician who was assigned to my AC maintenance and he did a great job. He answered all of my questions and offered recommendations, I was impressed.

I had a no a/c call. Called better comfort John M came out. Checked everything found out the unit was covered in dirty and pollen. Did what he had to do. Hooked up gauges ensured everything was working at designed. Phenomenal service and pricing. Highly recommend.

Our outdoor AC unit was just recently cleaned by Ethan. He did an amazing job! I can’t believe how dirty it was. Now it looks brand new! Looking forward to it running more efficiently.
