When I had a problem with my gas furnace many of my condo neighbors recommended Evolved Mechanical to me. Mike and Jesse came right out and were able to explain the problem to me and fix it quickly. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with their service and will absolutely continue to call on them in the future. Highly recommended!

Evolved Mechanical was a great choice for our furnace replacement and central air installation. They were quick to respond and start the work. Sam was very helpful in resolving a small problem we had after our installation. He came over on the weekend and fixed our problem quickly! He was very thorough in checking all possibilities, as well as explaining what he was doing and looking for, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Evolved to anyone!

We worked with Evovled to add ministers to our previously unconditioned 3rd floor. From the quoting process all the way through to the finished project, Evolved was always quick and efficient, communicated clearly, and answered all of my (many) questions. They worked with us to make sure we got the HVAC solution we needed, not just what we thought we wanted. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience with the guys from Evolved! Mike and Cody came to evaluate our leaky pipe issue and were extremely polite and professional. They came back with Owen a few days later and took care of the issue. It was a bit complex, as it involved cutting a wall and removing a large piece of 120 year old vertical pipe. The worked quickly, but thoughtfully, so as to minimize removal of pieces of wall. They went above and beyond by replacing the pieces of wall board (that we had removed), which was very helpful to us.

I HIGHLY recommend Evolved and especially the crew that did our job! Friendly, professional, and they clearly take pride in their work. The experience far exceeded our expectations!

A true 5-star experience from start to finish! My initial call to the office was handled by Monica, who was very friendly, listened intently to my problem, and quickly scheduled an appointment for my furnace repair. Soon after scheduling, she called back to offer an earlier appointment (next day). My next interaction was with Mike (the service tech), who was excellent from the moment he arrived (on-time). Mike worked diligently to diagnose what was found to be a rather tricky issue. Mike was able to solve the problem, guided me in what he was doing throughout, and was a pleasure to work with.

As a small business owner myself, with a keen eye for customer service, Evolved Mechanical exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them and plan to do so within both my personal & professional network. Well done!

Very pleased with the work Evolved did in my home. I had mini splits installed in the house and converted from oil to gas heating. The house is relatively old but they did a fantastic job clearing out the old boiler, oil tank and hot water tank.They were very communicative throughout the process and I would gladly work with them again the future.

Our older water heater was at the end of life and was leaking. Evolved Mechanical was able to get here in a matter of days to replace the old water heater with a more energy efficient heat pump water heater. Mike and Ethan were excellent. Great communicators and did a really neat job. Couldn't recommend them more highly. We've used Evolved Mechanical before and will continue to do so in the future.

*Updated* Mike from Evolved Mechanical came out to fix our steam radiator system and service our boiler and was fantastic! After two radiators not working for an extended period of time, he had them up and running well quickly and came out the same day we contacted them. Truly excellent service!

We have hired Evolved Mechanical now for two projects and have had a great experience both times. Zoran and his team did a fantastic job installing central air conditioning in our older home. They were thoughtful about duct work placement and really did an excellent job designing the system. Mike and Owen did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater the day it failed, we were so lucky they came out the same day and even had Zoran come by earlier in the day to turn off the gas. Really excellent service!

Evolved Mechanical just installed a heat pump for me and I was very pleased with the entire process. Th various people that I dealt with "in the office" were very responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. Owen and Eric, the two people who did the majority of the install, were very professional, arrived when they said they would and did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves each day. I would highly recommend Evolved.

From the quote process through to the completion of the project every member of Evolved Mechanical we dealt with were professional, polite and extremely well- informed. Not to mention Monica, who is a superstar and so responsive!

Kevin’s Team arrived on time each morning, kept us informed of the project progress and offered a thorough walk through on how to maintain the system. On top of that the entire crew left both units clear of any mess and were extremely accommodating to our work from home needs.

I had a great experience with this company last week. They sent someone out within 24 hours to assess and quote, and then my boiler was fixed the very next morning. Mike was lovely and even shoveled my path for me during an early morning snowstorm! Eoghan was great as well and cleaned up after they were finished. Wonderful company and I’ll be using them for all future HVAC needs!

Brian and Owen were great. Solved the banging in the furnace with diligent sleuth work. Also didn’t push me to work on the toilet that May in fact not be necessary. Highly recommend Evolved Mechanical.

Of course we discover in a heatwave that our A/C is in need of repair both at the air handler AND the compressor level! So thankful for ETHAN who did a great job diagnosing, explaining, and FIXING our problems. And MONICA in the office is ON IT! She returned messages in hours I didn't expect, and she kept me updated on every step, and always made us feel like their most important customer! I'm always grateful that Evolved Mechanical does great work and sends us the best team members to get us on our way!

Not only did Evolved Mechanical come back with the best prices, their services and work work fantastic. Before the installation, my daughter was born 5 weeks early and they were all extremely empathetic of my situation and willing to work around my changing schedule. Had a good experience with Evolved. They came out and fixed up an issue with their install that happened months after and handled the warranty claim for me. Would recommend.

My AC went out yesterday (during the hottest day, of course!) and I put in a call to Monica at Evolved Mechanical and sure enough got a text and call early the next day that they would send a technician out to help. Jason showed up and was able to diagnose, recommend a fix and have the part delivered to our house by another employee in very short order and the AC is functional again. He was also able to check the other units we have and do some maintenance (as part of the plan we signed up for) and provide tips on how to maintain efficiency and function. He was also training a new tech at the time and so was explaining everything very thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend them for any of your services related to heating and cooling.
