She sold me on Booker Electric. I was manager for over 40 years and like to identify employees that exemplify excellence customer service. I also like recognize these employees and award them for their excellent Customer service.
Service technician was great. Came early and diagnosed the issue.
We discussed the service contracts and explained the monitoring process.

Just had my GENERAC generator serviced, I found the technician very knowledgeable , competent and thorough , they answered all my questions and arrived on the schedule time , I found their service rate very reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Work quality was excellent. The panel and generator wiring were clean and easy to understand. Definitely would use these guys again.

We have multiple smoke detectors hard wired so when one goes off, all go off. Booker's crew were able to isolate a faulty detector and give us peace and quiet

Needed to bring service up from 100 to 200 amp to prepare if needed for push by government elimination of gas service and replace w electric services as heat and hot water and electric vehicles. Called 3 companies one of which I had done business with for years and helped w getting additional business with neighbors. They wanted to charge me to come out, most of the techs had left. A national company had bought them out, prices for basic service calls doubled.
Checked references Booker electric consistently showed up has 5 star. Veterans owned, called found people talked to I new from company mentioned above. Booker came out looked at my panel and generac whole house generator came back not only with a competitive price but had the creativity and initiave to reuse components as breakers that where less than a year old.
Showed up on the date and time four hours later I had 200 amp service, including upgrade to generac panel. Stayed until I was satisfied and everything checked out and came on line including testing generator. One other factor they had a stand by generator so that if needed they could plug in my freezers and fridge so food wouldn't spoil. Well beyond the companies I called. Also the other companies would only give estimates Booker gave me a firm price that covered more than the estimates. Having worked and overseen construction projects, the term we use for cost creep is change orders. The crew left my cellar and outside cleaner than they found it. I have contacted them to maintain my generac and monitor it.

Booker did a great job with servicing my generator. They even cleaned the whole outside. And a great price as well. I will not use anyone else going forward.

I am new to Booker Electric, They took over my Generac services and care very much about me as a consumer and customer. My old company quoted me $200 more than Booker Electric!
