Greatest job ever call this guy got my leaking faucet fixed in under twenty minutes for cheaper than the other guys I called

The technician was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the problem - explain what it would cost to repair and completed the repairs in about half an hour.

Great to have Darrell do work on our heating system. He answers phone and is on time for appointments. The workmanship is great and for a fair price.

Owner did a great job replaced the faucet and extended the water line and was willing to work with me on the price after I told him I was on a tight budget.

Terrible service. Technician was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend even if they were the only plumbing service in town.

Charged $595 for unsuccessfully attempting to unclog my sewer line from my house to the sewer main. INSISTED that my sewer line was collapsed . Well guess what? My sewer line wasn't collapsed . The sewer main on the street was backed up, backed into my sewer pipe. We had suggested to the rude, condescending jerk of an "expert" that perhaps it could be the sewer main? He basically responded with a "you don't know what you are talking about " demeanor. Oh..then there was the complete unprofessional behavior of the "expert" swearing and yelling at his helper and complaining about "these freaking old houses". Had i followed the self proclaimed experts advice I would of dug up my yard to find a perfectly intact sewer line . I wouldn't recommend these hacks to my worst enemy .AWFUL.

Worst customer experience ever! Successful unclogging of a pipe that’s about all the good I can say. Darrell was unprofessional and rude. They scratched my tile floor with the snake machine. Refused to take any responsibility about it. Called me a liar on the phone and told me to read my contract and hung up on me! Yet I still received my ‘thank you’ card in the mail showing how clueless this company actually is.
Please note the color of the scratches versus the color of the grout. No way this did not happen the day I said it happened.
Darrell if you are reading this know that the toilet was clogged because I was having a miscarriage the night before and your behavior towards me left me crying for an hour. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by anyone in the service industry. You should be ashamed.
