Can't say enough good things about this company. My forced hot air furnace would not stay lit late at night and they came out to look at it. Even though they didn't have the part needed to fix it on the spot, they told me early the next morning when it would come in, and were available to replace the entire unit that same day. This was extremely expedient and they treated it like an emergency. Despite having enough gas flow for the system to run, the technician went above and beyond by calling National Grid because the flow was fluctuating. Really good experience.

Nick came out on Super Bowl Sunday in a snow storm to fix our. Very old furnace when it died that am. He was so pleasant, honest and reasonable! Was here within an hour of calling. Highly recommend

We had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Day. Fagone were the only company open and operating in our area. They promised to send someone out. Plumber called and said he would be with us between 6 and 8 pm. He was on time and fixed our problem for us. Highly recommend.

Spent two weeks without hot water going back and forth with plumbers getting no closer to resolution. These guys helped me replace the water heater within days of my call, for a fair price. I'm so happy I reached out to Fagone Plumbing. Nick, the owner was very helpful when it came time to purchasing a new mini-split. He went above and beyond explaining my options. Tammy, the office manager is professional and great to work with on scheduling and billing. The most important part of the process are the guys that come to your home. Woke up early in the morning to find our 50 gallon water heater had died a few hours earlier. Call Fagone at 6:30am and by 1 pm we had a new 50 gallon water heater, installed, along with a new cold water input shutoff valve, new power vent exhaust piping and reworked gas lines with new gas shutoff valve. Their employees were always pleasant, professional and explained what they were doing thru the entire process. Very happy I called Fagone. Professional, quick responding and very pleasant to work with.

I have used Nick‘s Company for an install on my primary residence. I’ve also used Fagone for the service of the HVAC system and they have done an absolute stellar job. This latest job was on an investment property, I called and left a message Monday PM. They got back to me Tuesday morning from the main office and had a guy out there Tuesday at 10am. Before midday Tuesday, Jess, the employee had fixed the previous companies wiring Mess of the heating and HVAC system. Kudos to Fagone! The true success of a good company is having customers return. They will be back to service all my properties in the fall and update the system systems! Well done!

when my AC unit broke down right in the middle of a heat wave For 2 days everywhere I called was unavailable it was put on several waiting lists. A 1.1 company actually laughed when I asked if anyone was available. Being local I called Fagone plumming. I’ve seen their trucks in a local area. I was greeted by Tammy, who is sympathetic to my situation having a sweltering hot with home with children. She was extremely helpful attentive and made every possible arrangement to get a technician out as soon as possible. Jesse arrived promptly to my address within a few hours. He was professional and explained everything he was doing step-by-step in detail answered my maintenance questions after repairing my system. I can’t thank them both enough for their attention to my situation and quick service to get my system running back to normal. From now on my first call goes to Fagone for my plumbing and hvac needs.

Fagone did a nice job installing a ducted heat pump in our 1700s home. They paid attention to detail, worked with me on duct routing/vent location, and were willing to answer my many questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
