An extremely accommodating and professional cleaning company with great service. I have a unique space that needed cleaning services and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Modular gets my full recommendation.

Luiz Thomaz at Modular cleaning is an awesome guy. His company does excellent work without a contract!

I have recommended Modular Cleaning Concepts to some of my clients who have all been very pleased with their professionalism, thoroughness, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend

My company recently opened a new Banking Center in Marlborough and our experience with the owner of this company has been wonderful. Very personable, professional, and truly values his relationship with his clients. I have never been so impressed by a company and it’s owner... highly recommend!!

The Modular Concepts team clean our office daily and do a great job! Luiz is prompt to respond to any special requests we make.

Switched from a previous cleaning vendor earlier this year and could be more impressed by the detail of the service and positive personality of the cleaning staff. Working with the owner has been amazing and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What a great company to work with. They clean our office space and always do a great job. Luiz is great to work with and is always attentive and answers all questions in a timely matter. He also makes sure to stop by the space every few days to check in. Thanks so much!!

Modular Cleaning is great! They do fantastic job at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Luiz and his team. 5 stars!

Luiz and his team did an excellent job filling in for our sexton while we searched for a replacement. The team was neat, efficient, timely, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is a church building with a sanctuary and associated classrooms, offices, kitchen, rest rooms, and a fellowship hall. It was a pleasure working with Luiz and his team. We would hire them back should the need arise in the future.

As a small business owner of 3 physical therapy clinics, trying to ensure patient and employee safety during this challenging time, I wanted to ensure the cleaning we had done was done properly (using EPA accepted COVID-19 disinfectants) and efficiently. A big THANK YOU! to Modular Concepts who responded quickly to our request and did an AMAZING job! Don't hesitate to use them for your business!

Luiz Thomaz and his crew at Modular Concepts succeeded in restoring my vinyl tile floor to a shining new conditions. I am very happy with the results, they exceeded my expectations and I have decided to start using Modular for the rest of my office cleaning. Thank you guys!

The rugs in our house were extremely dirty, as they had not been professionally cleaned in some time, and we have two kids. I hired Modular Cleaning Concepts to clean my rugs, and I couldn’t be happier. They were very professional, courteous and meticulous. Throughout the house, we had various stains from soda, pizza, wine, coffee, printer ink, and some silly putty-like slime. They were able to get all of them out. They even did my area rugs too! When they were done, the rugs looked and smelled so fresh and clean, like they were almost brand new. It was awesome! I would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Modular does the cleaning of our office and also the common areas of the commercial building we occupy in Marlborough for over 5 years, and throughout this entire time, we’ve experienced consistent high-quality services, which is different from the previous companies we had, who usually started well, only to fall into mediocrity not long after. Modular never asked us to sign a contract; in fact, the owner proudly announced that they work without a contract and that what should keep us using them is the quality of their services, not a contract. We receive constant visits for quality control and feedback, and for us, it is refreshing to know they are really committed to our business. We use their Supply Management services, which saves us time and money, and their Handyman services are second to none. They also do our annual carpet extraction and strip & wax services. We are proud to recommend Modular Concepts.

Thank you!

Highly Recommend Modular Cleaning Concepts. Our Business Is Always Smelling Fresh & Clean After They Have Done Their Job. We Are Beyond Satisfied. Luiz Is Very Professional & Has His Clients First In Line When It Comes To Needs & Concerns or Just Saying Hello!

We have been using the services of Modular Concepts since late January and have nothing but praise for the company and its owner, Luiz Thomaz.
We are particularly impressed with Luiz's high standards and his willingness to work effectively and efficiently with us. The feeling is much more like a partnership than the traditional vendor-client relationship.

Luiz and his team of cleaners have been cleaning our two business locations for the past 3 years. We have been happy with the level of cleaning. When we have had concerns Luiz makes every effort to make sure that we are satisfied. He reaches out often and even stops by to make sure our buildings look great and that we are pleased with their cleaning!
