After been dealing with Plumbing Co. for many years as a home owner, it can get a bit stressed when just thinking about it. After many calls to different Plumbing's Co. With no success I did another search and found this one. F.L Dolan and on his profile states " I will answer your call anytime" so I pickup my phone and called, and I couldn't believe I was on the phone with Mr. Dolan. I explain my situation and he offer me every solution to help me even tho he was a week ahead on schedule he offer me all the options and time. What I'm trying to say is If you ever need a job done please try F.L Dolan it was a new experience dealing with Plumbing out there. Very friendly, Honest excellent service and price. Thank you again for the work you did and putting up with my schedule. THANK YOU!

Fred responded quickly to my call and came over to help me figure out what was wrong with my heat, he found the problem with my thermostat immediately and made some recommendations for maintaining and keeping my heating system. Reliable, honest and friendly - recommend.

Fred came over after the valves to my washing machine snapped, resulting in me having to turn off the water to my house. He was extremely prompt, professional, and reasonable. I had just moved into my new house and the second day we had to call Fred Dolan to help repair a water line to our toilet. It was early Sunday morning and he responded quickly and fixed the water line quickly. What I was most impressed with he actually held a conversation with me after he was paid and took time to explain some very important details I was not aware of with a new boiler system. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism and understanding. Thanks again Fred!! I know where I will call next time I have a need for plumbing!!!

If you need a plumber, you need Fred. When my water heater failed this week, he was there the same day, and before that he had already called his supplier to get quotes for the new water heater. Next day, he was there early to install. He was completely upfront about every aspect of the job he was doing, from pricing to timing to logistics. He kept me updated through the process and even explained how to maintain the new system and how to make sure I don’t get duped out of my warranty. He actually cares about helping you! I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I would absolutely recommend FL Dolan for plumbing needs. I had a garbage disposal issue and Fred could have sold me a brand new one that I did not need, but he didn't. He fixed my disposal in a matter of minutes. He is definitely my go to plumber should I have any other issues that require a professional. Incredibly honest and accommodating.

Fred has been my plumber for 15+ years. My house is very quirky to say the least, and no matter what problem I throw at Fred, he is always quick to resolve it for me. Called Fred about my plumbing issues and he was at my house within the hour. He price several hundreds less than other plumbing company's. He did such a great job and would very highly recommend for any plumbing issues!!!! 5 Stars is not enough.

Called Fred for a garbage disposal repair and instead of coming out to the house and charging me for it, he walked me through the repair myself in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate his willingness to help! I will definitely call him in the future for any Plumbing needs.

Our heater was out and he made it a priority to come out to our home the same day I called. He answered all of our questions, explained the issue thoroughly, and got our heater working until we could get an electrician out (our problem was electrical).
We have a very old heater system so I'm sure I'll be calling him back in the future but I know we are in good hands.

I recently had a bad sewer smell line issue under my garage, and Fred went above and beyond from start to finish. Fred was the only plumber who approached the situation with patience, honesty, and real expertise. I wish I could give him a tip of the star, Price to Hight, quoted $300, to replace the kitchen sink cold water valve I fixed for under $20. Big ripoff. Could you do your research before you call them?
