Our home is 65 years old with forced hot air heating and the ducts have never been cleaned. We hired American Clean Air and they showed up promptly with a crew of 5. They were very thorough and explained every process making suggestions along the way. They are very clean conscious and easy to deal with-the whole process taking a little over 4 hours. They showed us the before and after pictures of our ducts- after 3 days we feel we can breathe a little better with less sneezing and coughing. Yay.
I highly recommend American Clean Air. I'd like to give a shout out to the crew: Dan/Nick D./Nick S./Zack/Steve and Lindsey.

Steve , Marcus, Nick and Dan were the crew on our job. They were polite and neat. Steve was very informative and helpful. He went the extra mile to install filters in all our vents. He educated us on the way every thing works. He gave us advice about our dryer vent which was very helpful. We talked about before and after photos but then forgot to get them.

Steve, Nick, Dan, and Cam did excellent work on my duct system as well as their professionalism when coming in and out of my house! Lindsey did an excellent job in keeping with the administrative task to the numerous day changes I had to make.

Steve, Nick and Dan showed up on time explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They did a great job. You could tell they took pride in their work and it showed. They were very respectful and considerate of our house as they went about their work.

Steve from American Clean Air arrived on time and explained what he’d be doing and how. He was great. I hadn’t had dryer vent cleaned and was concerned about build up. He showed us the almost totally blocked cage on outside and there was a lot of buildup in vent. Very relieved it’s clean now and Steve did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company! Thanks!

Steve, Cam, Lindsay with this company were all great. Lindsay was so pleasant to interact with on the phone. Steve and Cam who did the dryer vent cleaning were on time, efficient, explained what the we’re going to do and what they did. I have been asking around and searching for a company who cleans dryer vents. We have a gas dryer and I was nervous about them having to move it. But due to the short vent span to the outside they did not have to move it much. I feel it’s important to clean the vent even if one cleans the lint filter! All done! Thank you American Clean Air.

Great job with our dryer vent cleaning. Well priced, showed up exactly on time in the day scheduled, and very conscientious and polite crew (Dan, Steve & Nick) who always wore shoe covers while in our home. Office manager (Lindsey) also a pleasure to work. They also came back the next day, which was the afternoon before Thanksgiving Day, to fix a problem that had nothing to do with them. Would highly recommend this company! Scheduling was super easy, and once the team was at our house it was determined our ducting needed replacing rather than just a cleaning. They were able to provide an updated quote (which was very reasonable) and had the right ducting in their truck so they were able to do the replacement that day without needing to reschedule. They did an amazing job cleaning the air handler unit, taking it apart to get to all the areas that had mold, and walked us through what they were going to do before and after. The team was very polite, respectful for our home, and great to talk to. We really appreciate the care they took with servicing our AC system!

The American Clean Air Company did a great job in cleaning out our air ducts and dryer vent and hose. They were professional, polite and on time. As a bonus, they were so loving and careful with our French Bulldogs. We were very comfortable with having them in our house. I highly recommend using them!

I can’t recommend American Clean Air enough. My family is dealing with mold in my 20 year old HVAC system. I contacted American Clean Air and they were highly responsive and took the matter seriously. Steve came to the house to scope the work involved and Lindsay was able to get me in the very next week. Steve, Dan, and Nick were at my house for nearly 6 hours. They were kind, respectful and very meticulous in the way they cleaned the vents. They went above and beyond to ensure the basement hvac being removed was isolated and sectioned off from the cleaned vents so not to recontaminate. They even vacuumed the floors before leaving. I can honestly say it has been a long time since I’ve received this level of service and commitment to doing a thorough job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to thoroughly clean and decontaminate their vents.

Nick, Dan and Lindsey were fabulous! From the beginning, the communication was easy and clear, they showed up early and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and respectful of our home and I cannot recommend them and this company more! We'll definitely be using them for our annual dryer vent cleaning from now on.
