Can’t say enough good things about Sean and Coastline. Came home from a vaca to no heat in my house on a Friday night. Calked Coastline and got a call back in less than 30 minutes. Sean was at our house at 8 AM the next morning and fixed the problem. Great experience

EXCEPTIONAL communication & service!! I texted Sean Bogni at 7:30 AM for an emergency water heater issue. Within 5 minutes he had Jake & Mike diagnosing & replacing it before 11 a.m. Clearly why Coastline Plumbing & Heating is an elite team. Thank you!!!

Made an appointment for a toilet leaking into the condo below us. Sean couldn't come for a week, but no one elsr was even calling us back, so we took it. He never showed. I called the office, left the address and phone again and still never heard back. Fine if you can't help, but why make us wait a week and then blow us off?

Sean, I believe that he owns this plumbing company, was due to come to our residence today, June 30, 2023. Said he would be here between 10 and 12. It is now 1:15 and I have not been able to get in touch with him. Never even called to say why he did not come. Very unprofessional. He ruined our day. Hope you see this Sean. Thanks so much for not even calling us.

Had coastal out yesterday… hours to hookup a toilet, bathroom and kitchen sink… nothing major… two drains and one wax ring! he was here for hours! After he left, I happen to look out the window to discover he turned my hose on full blast and left it that way… I would never recommend or use them again…
