Had a small leak. They showed up early the next day with all the proper replacement parts. Clearly explained the problem and fixed it. I was shocked at the fast response and impressed with the knowledge they had with the water heater. They are now my go-to plumbers.

Spoke with Cliff at 2:00 PM on Tuesday to replace a spigot and shut-off valve.

George came to the house on Wednesday morning finishing the job by 11:00 AM.

Had a leaky water heater. Was able to call in the morning and have a replacement installed same day!

Cliff is always responsive and eager to help - have used him for years for various issues. Just today, had a concern about our water pressure pump. Cliff called back promptly and walked me through an adjustment. Didn't need to come out and helped me fix the issue in minutes. Will always be loyal to professionals who help you fix an issue gratis over the phone.

Called Sutterlund Plumbing first thing on a Monday Morning because of a Water heater leak and Cliff was at my home at Noon the same day, The men were more than nice and did a GREAT job and I had Hot water by 3:00 the same day ....... Thank You Again !!

Setterlund Plumbing is always responsive to our needs, does work in a timely fashion, and always has excellent results. At times we need urgent repairs in commercial and residential buildings and he has always been efficient.
