Had my ailing blue spruce evaluated by Joseph, who came out very promptly, talked me through his evaluation and treatment plan. Knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to.
After I agreed to proposal, workers came twice for the treatment spraying and applying biologicals to the soil. Very satisfied. Hope it all works!

Assessed the health and pruned my huge oak tree last year. Reduced the bark and branch shedding significantly in 2025. My rhododendron appeared to be dying this spring. They diagnosed them as suffering from winter burn and started a fertilizer treatment. I did not lose a single rhododendron and even the most sickly bounced back. Very satisfied with my plant treatments.

The team was professional, friendly, and tidied up well -- not easy in 2 feet of snow! They reviewed the work with me before they started and when I would go out to check on progress they took the time to go over what they had done and what was next. They were very careful to make sure the back yard gates were closed so our dogs didn't get out -- and since most of them have dogs, we had good stories to swap!

I have been a very long term customer of Lueders and now SavA Tree. The staff is very professional and I would not trust my tree work to anyone but SavATree expert arborists. Joe is fantastic and very honest. We have a collaborative relationship.

The Savatree crew came out to remove snow and ice dams from my roof. My husband and I both have physical limitations so it was necessary. They were very conscious of my plantings and structures around the house. So far no icicles! Highly recommend!

After hearing great things about this company, my husband and I decided to hire them for the task of cutting down three trees. Two of these trees were quite challenging to access, but the team handled everything exceptionally well. They operated their equipment with impressive skill and professionalism. The whole area was left neat and tidy once they were finished, and we found them to be very approachable and easy to communicate with. Savatree was easy to work with and thorough in the paperwork required to remove a tree in Newton. The workmen cut and cleaned up all the debris. I am very happy working with them and their work.

They enrolled me in recurring services for a service that I thought was a one off. And not only did they enroll me in this recurring service, but they admitted to me that they didn't enroll me in prettification services that would have let me know that they were coming to do a service. So I unexpectedly got a bill for a service that I have no evidence was done and I didn't want. When I brought this up as predatory and asked for truck gps records to prove the service was done they went silent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone except perhaps the state consumer protection arm of the attorneys general office.
