Heatwave coming through and our AC broken. They came out the same day, found it was a capacitor switched it out and 15 minutes later the house was cooling off. Great price too.

Tenzing and his associate were very kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough in their work and explanation of the issue. Will absolutely call them again in the future for any air or heating needs!

Had an issue with my Central AC system and was able to get a technician from A's 8 to take a look at our system within 2 days. The gentlemen took the time to do some electrical diagnostics and within 15 min was able to figure out where the open was in the circuit. He proceeded to show me how to change the fuse should the condenser acted up again. Very helpful and would hire again.

Tenzing and his team have helped me multiple times - with regular maintenance, and, more importantly when heat or AC weren't working. They're responsive, diligent, very respectful of being in your home, and they do good work.

I contacted Tenzing at A's 8 HVAC when I had a recent gas fired furnace issue, on the recommendation of a friend. A's 8 were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They diagnosed the problem with my furnace and figured out how to correct the problem. They also explained to me what was happening and took the time to cover their work shoes with booties in my apartment. I'll definitely use A's 8 again and would highly recommend them.

We recently completed a complicated air source heat pump multi zone system in Brookline for one of Boston’s leading architects and As8 did a fabulous job. Great attention to detail for small residential projects but are capable of handling large complicated commercial jobs as well. On time, never had a cost overrun. I recommend them highly

I’ve used this company a few times now. Most recently, this weekend in the middle of the brutally cold temps our system stopped working. They came out to assess, made sure we were safe, and worked with us to order and install a new heating system. Tenzing was great answering all of our questions and is very professional and responsive. In the spring we plan to add central AC to our system and will be using A’s 8 again. I highly recommend them.

I've been meaning to write a review for a year now, Tenzing and his team at AS8 completely renovated our existing heating system last year in June 2023. We went from radiators and no AC, to 2 heat pump systems with central air and heating. The fabulous team worked hard on site for approximately 2 weeks to coordinate removal of old radiators, and install a new duct system on two floors of our home. We now have an amazing system in place and filtered air for heat and cooling. The team was incredibly thoughtful and diligent. The system has been working without trouble for a year now. If anything changes I won't hesitate to call them up!

Installed ductless a/c with heat pump and a dehumidifier in the basement. Tenzing came up with a good design and solutions and kindly squeezed us in between bigger jobs so we didn't have to wait. His guys really know what they are doing and work their butts off. Top notch expertise and professionalism. And they do NOT price gouge like other HVAC companies. The best.

Tenzing & his crew are the best - everyone he works with is incredibly polite and always goes the extra mile with everything they do. They installed 2 new HVAC systems and a whole house dehumidifier during a major renovation. Highly recommend! Very dependable and quick to reply to any texts.

I cannot imagine a more dependable, honest, and professional HVAC company. Our a/c unit broke in the middle of a heat wave. Tenzing assessed the entire situation and communicated back and forth with the a/c company to make sure that he was choosing the proper system to match the duct work in our house and so that everything would go smoothly when they installed the unit. When Tenzing or his team say they will arrive at a certain time, you can be sure they will arrive AT that time. The installation took 10 hours. They ran into a technical issue and tried to trouble shoot, but the a/c manufacturer was already closed for the day. So they came back to complete the job the next day. The next morning we discovered we did not have hot water. They had to turn the switch to the boiler off to finish the installation. We didn't realize that, called Tenzing, and his technicians were at our house within a half hour to point out the simple problem and turn the switch back on. Honestly, the most patient, polite, and professional people I have ever worked with.
