I've used Big Blue a few times over the past 15 years. Just had them come around to fix a pipe in the basement. Always done right, clean, and courteous. Prices are reasonable and clearly explained. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Having Big Blue repair pipes and fixtures in my mother’s house was an easy decision, they are located in Medford, the people who answered the phone were very helpful, the plumbers who came out to fix the pipes were professional and the price was reasonable!

As always, BBP is responsive, prompt and courteous. They discussed the issue and their diagnosis, were clear with their plan and were frank about whether or not the issue would be resolved Iit was!). Can't recommend them highly enough.

We were being “taken for a ride” by another plumbing outfit. We could smell the BS so we called these guys out. Super efficient, knowledgeable, helpful receptionist. They saved us a ton of money and trouble. Very happy.

Love these guys! They initially revamped my HVAC in 2018, and convinced me to get the mini splits which have both heat and A/C and are much cheaper than central air. Fast forward to 2021 when I woke up with no heat and hot water. They were responsive, came by 8:30 am, and fixed it by 9:30. I had forgotten to get it serviced, and the pressure went out. Because I had the mini splits, I also had some heat. They are always very nice and timely!

I was very happy with Big Blue. They installed a new sump and pump last fall, and a new boiler for my heating system this spring. They communicated well, all of their people were friendly and helpful, and they did good work.

I've used Big Blue several times over the years, and they've always been pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Office staff and plumbers all communicate well, and they've taken time to explain difficult situations. Definitely recommend!

The technician who replaced my disposal was a sweetheart and the woman in the office very helpful. I asked for information about installing a new water heater and will definitely use them when I'm ready to do that. Thanks to their helpful info I understand how it works and will be able to budget for the job.
