This guy is a fraud. He is unlicensed and is only interested in getting your money, not actually doing work.

I have a plumbing business located in Melrose but because I don’t have any signage I can’t be listed on Google Maps so I’ve accepted that!
However mass drain and plumbing has no signage yet he’s wrongly listed on Google maps!

Could not agree with Hilda’s review of this business more. Jay was brought in under our general contractor to do plumbing work on a large scale home renovation. Various pieces of the project were left unfinished including connecting the gas line for our gas fireplace, our gas heating only working in certain rooms, and our bathroom tub being inoperable. We had to call in another plumber to try and get some of these immediate issues resolved because Jay was “out of town” and unable to help. He is also incredibly dishonest and on multiple occasions lied about plumbing inspections being scheduled when they hadn’t which impacted the timing of rough and final inspections being scheduled. Absolutely do not use this business!
