Great service, professional employees and outstanding work. Had my hot water tank replaced at a great price and on time! They went above and beyond to make the install perfect. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and work ethic. They are my go to for my yearly checkups now and for ANY and ALL future work

I had an issue with my heater in the winter and because my dad is elderly I had to prevent him from getting cold, when I called to have it addressed I had a member listen in detail to my issue and spoke with the tech to get a time to come on-site as what steps I had taken prior to our call warranted it.
I had a quick turnaround for a service call, parts were ordered and they were able to get it running until parts could be placed.
I was very happy with the courteousness of staff and professional services I received.

Great choice all around with this HVAC/plumbing company. They responded with a site visit and a competitive quote shortly after the visit. All work was completed on time and as promised in the contract with no surprise up-charges. They also explained everything before and after the work was completed. The entire team worked efficiently and was extremely respectful of our personal space. (Note: Our work was done over 2 days during the pandemic while we were working from home with 2 children.) They also left our house cleaner than it was before they showed up. They are a professional company that values their reputation and it shows from the ownership down to the entire installation crew. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to hire an honest HVAC company. We had a new Mitsubishi multi zone heating and cooling system installed for reference in this review.

If there was a 10 star rating I would have given prestige the honors. My heating system broke down in between winter storms last year. Prestige was the company that gave me the fairest quote and they installed; change from oil to gas within a couple of days. They were very professional, cleaned up, disposed the old heating system, made sure the oil tank was disposed by a professional company that also kept the area clean and sealed all necessary areas AND they processed my rebate through the gas company and I received the rebate check. I cannot name them all because the company is just awesome. I would recommend them very highly. The communication was unbelievable, they will update you every inch of the way.

The team at Prestige is professional, fast and courteous. They arrived when they said they would, did the work I needed done and left my home immaculate. The price I was quoted is what I paid and I couldn’t have been happier. I will definitely use them for any heating and cooling needs I may have in the future!

The team at Prestige was prompt, efficient, and completed the install of two heat pumps at my house without any issues. Not only that, but pricing was very competitive as well. I would highly recommend giving this company a look at your next HVAC project.

Ginelle was very helpful and courteous, she responded all my e-mails promptly. Quote guy showed up on time to my door, was extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Marshall's work exceeded my expectations, work area was cleaned after, unit and line covers were professionally installed.This guy takes pride of his work. I"m very happy to had chosen Prestige.

UPDATE: we just had Adam and Jayden out to service the boiler and tankless water heater and they were awesome. Super nice guys, arrived on time, patient with our enthusiastic puppy, and reported that everything is in great working order. We really feel so lucky to have a great HVAC team that we trust to take care of this critical system in our home.

WOW!!!! We will be customers of prestige for life and recommend them to all our friends. Ginelle, Curt and the prestige team are angels and provided timely, professional, prompt and reasonably priced services in a very stressful time for us. We just purchased our first home, and wanted to convert to natural gas from oil. They responded to our request for an estimate right away, had the most competitive bid, and helped us navigate the Mass Save Heat Loan program. They answered all our [many, many] questions, and were communicative and friendly from beginning to end. We just enjoyed our first night with our new boiler and tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier or more grateful we chose prestige . Can’t say enough good things about them. The Prestige team was AMAZING ! We had no heat , first thing in the morning I called the office line and a wonderful women named Ginelle was super helpful and dispatched a service tech promptly to my home. The service tech was pleasant and fixed the heating issue in just a few hours. I would highly recommend the Prestige Heating & Cooling team !

This has been one of the easiest home projects i have ever done. I called to get a free estimate Janelle scheduled for the next day and Curt was at my house on time. He looked at what I needed to be replaced and answered my questions. I he explained the new systems to me and offered advice. I accepted the proposal and called to get scheduled they had availability the next day which was great. I was told the techs would arrive at 8am. The techs were here at 8am and work very hard all day to complete the new furnace and AC installation.Chris, Ethan and Jayden were professional, they explained what they were doing and when they finished testing everything they walked me through my new system.
Thank you all for your help I will recommend you to everyone I know.

My old central A/C system needed to be replaced.
I researched this company and read all the reviews from past customers. I decided to request a quote from this relatively new family owned company. I was impressed with their quick response, their thorough review of my current central A/C system. They made recommendations, answered all my questions and provided me with a competitive quote. I decided to go with this young upstart company. It turned out to be one of the best decision I’ve made. The team arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and each member knew their assigned role in the installation. They were professional and performed the installation efficiently. They kept the area clean using drop cloths and vacuumed all debris and left the area spotless.
I was pleased with the job. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Prestige was great to work with. We got 6 quotes and they were the cheapest, and the quality of work was very good. Our heat pumps handled the -15 degree temps last winter just fine as the sole heat source in our house.

The Prestige Team is second to none! We’ve called them on two separate occasions for our home and couldn’t be happier. They are a full service company, meaning they took care of us on the front end by making sure we understood the issue, worked with us to select the right products, and completed the installations quickly and efficiently. It didn’t end there as we received post install follow ups as well. Each visit the guys were on time, courteous, and professional. They always left the spaces impeccably clean. I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Today we had our install of a brand new Mitsubishi ductless 3 ton air conditioner and heating unit. The installers were very courteous, clean, knowledgeable, snd kept us updated on the entire process. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Nothing but a great experience with Prestige! Everyone I have dealt with at Prestige has been great. Communication can't be any better, they were so easy to deal with and they have very competitive pricing (at least for my needs). Special shout out to Chris, Adam and Angelo who came to replace my hot water heater. They got the job done and were extremely professional and they also took special precautions to protect the interior of my home from any debris and damage. It was not an easy job (2 flights of stairs and a cramped utility closet). They also answered all questions I had. Thank you Prestige, Chris, Adam and Angelo!

We had mini splits installed in our home and Prestige was wonderful throughout the whole process! They were the best priced after multiple offers. All the staff including Ruben, Curtis, and Ginelle have been extremely helpful from the start and throughout install. Very professional and Ginelle is great with answering questions and quick responses! Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Prestige enough. Competitive pricing, phenomenal service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a rather unique issue with a split system they installed and they patiently worked with me to resolve it. For me, this is the true mark of a good company -- how do they handle issues when they come up. I used them again to install a high efficiency furnace that was competitively priced and installed quickly.

I can not say enough about this company. Chris and all the guys were fantastic. Every one of them were friendly and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable. You would have never known anyone had done work in our house they were so neat and the job was done in two days.
From the estimate to a full explanation on how to use the mini splits this company is #1!!!! Please don't hesitate to give them a call you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you so much it was a pleasure to work with all of you!!!!

I love the heat pump - it keeps the house warm with no need to use gas - the crew that came out were wonderful and figured out the best location for one of units so it didn’t affect the front of my home - Mass Save and National Grid will not give us the rebate because my husband filled out the application inaccurately so make sure you have the office staff here help you - they tried helping us but National Grid resend our rebate and made up reasons that are not true. Prestige was awesome to us

I have contacted several companies to do this project (installing new Heating System and Central AC). I was about to make a decision until I realized I had been getting this paper add in the mail so I decided to call Prestige, and spoke with Ginelle who’s just fantastic. She’s quick, attentive, detailed oriented, patient, and much more. From Ginelle, Kurt who came to look at the project and gave me the estimate to the guys who came to actually do the job, I had a great experience with the entire team. The estimated time to complete the job was 4/5 days, these guys worked so hard and finished the job is 3 full day. With Prestige you are dealing with professionals, great value/customer service/quality, they’re always on time, they’re quick to respond to answer questions. I’m very happy about the work Prestige did and I would recommend them to my friends and anyone who asks. Thank you Prestige, and thank you Ginelle, you deserve a raise soon :-)!
