Came out the day we called, replaced water heater and fixed the pressure relief valve on the furnace. Bryan was extremely helpful, informative and did great work. Will definitely use again.

When we moved to Boxford about a year ago we knew the 30 year old oil boiler in our new home would need to be replaced. We met with Ken who recommended a conversion from oil to a more efficient gas system, and after a little more research that’s what we decided to do. Ken’s team did a great job helping us work through the removal of our old oil tanks, installing the new gas system, and cutting the house over to it. They had no issue dealing with a vacation we already had scheduled in the middle of the project, nor all the other home improvement projects we had going on at the same time. I’ll definitely reach out to Absolute Precision if I need plumbing work in the future.

Called Absolute Precision after a few recommendations regarding my AC not working. Appointment was provided rather quickly. Brad S was very patient and thorough in explaining things to me regarding what some of the issues were and how he would approach the diagnosis. I really appreciated him doing so. Problem was resolved and I plan to utilize this company for routine maintenance moving forward.

I’ve worked with Absolute several times and it’s always been a good experience. I had two very old toilets that needed replacement. Bryan was out quickly to review the job and give me a cost estimate. He was back a few days later to install both. He is great to work with and answered all my questions. I'll happily use them again in the future when needed.

Absolute Precision was one of many companies recommended to me for a faucet leak in our bathtub. I decided to go with them, as they’ve responded right away to my email, and offered service for the following day. Bryan arrived at the time slotted and was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the valve issue. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend them.

Bryan from Precision is the best! He repaired my shower valve that was leaking profusely in no time flat. In all the visit was under an hour and reasonably priced. Bryan is super knowledgeable and an expert at his craft.

Working with Absolute Precision was a great experience. I called at 2pm on a Tuesday and had a call back from Ken within an hour and was booked for 8:15am the next morning to help fix several broken pipes. Bryan was the technician who came over, and he was the best. He was very nice, worked quickly and efficiently, and fixed everything perfectly. I appreciated that Bryan also took the time to explain the work to me and teach me preventative measures to avoid issues in the future. Will definitely use Absolute again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Had an old leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Bryan had great communication and instructed me to buy the replacement and give him a call back. He fit me in the next day and was very professional, efficient, and the faucet looks and works perfect! I'm glad i found a plumber that will do smaller jobs when needed in a quick timeframe and reasonable price!

Absolute Precision has been to my house for various reasons, including faucet installations, outside spigot replacement, and ball valve installation. Bryan did all the work. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the work that's being performed. He'll even show you how it's done, if you're interested. Absolute Precision is our first call for plumbing and HVAC. We’ve used them three times, and every time they were reliable, honest, and hardworking. Bryan, their plumbing lead, takes pride in his work, never leaves a mess, is professional, and willing to answer all my questions honestly.

The HVAC technician was able to help us get another year out of our dinosaur AC- and was also great person to work with.

The company is small so there was no revolving door of different people in our house. The owner is quick to respond. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want or need.

We are thankful to have found them.

Called Absolute Precision this morning and they were here within a couple hours! Bryan did a fantastic job diagnosing the leak under our kitchen sink and had it fixed in record time.
