I know Dan as a great guy since we sat next to each other in our 8th grade homeroom. Seriously though, I was very sad to lose Dan as my HVAC tech years ago and so glad he's back at this. He's very responsive, knowledgeable and honest and I highly recommend him and his team.

Absolutely the best service company. My hearing system broke down a few years ago on Christmas Eve. This is the only company that came out the same evening without charging me over $500 because I am not their existing customer. Since, they have been servicing my system on a consistent basis. Technicians are thoughtful and very respective of the home. I couldn’t be a happier customer.

Dan was very professional, punctual, and extremely neat. He gave a very fair quote and worked quickly. He stayed in good communication from start to completion. I plan on recommending him to anyone who needs his services in the future.

We started working with Andy of Lavoie Heating Service about 25 years ago. Since that time they replaced our heating system and did all of the maintenance and cleaning of our system. Dan frequently was part of the working crew. Most recently we found that the boiler needed replacing, while waiting for the better weather to do that - the oil tank developed a leak. Andy came and located 2 leaks and patched them until it could be replaced. Two weeks ago, Dan and his crew arrived and removed the old oil tank and put in a new one. This was no easy task as I think the house was built around the tank. They even had to remove stairs to get new tank in after cutting old tank in half to remove. They had the stairs replaced within hours and the cleanup was exceptional. This week he was back and replaced the boiler. Not only do they provide good work, they are clean, polite, professional, show great respect for client property and they are reasonably priced. Dan is carrying on the good name of the family business and I could not recommend Lavoie Heating any stronger.. Great Company

I called Lavoie Heating Service on the weekend when my heat was not working and it was very cold out. They came to my house within an hour and troubleshooted the issue. They did not have the part needed in stock but went to three different hardware stores to find the part. Within a few hours they had my heat working so I did not have to cancel my daughter’s birthday party. Everyone I talked with was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for any heating oil or HVAC services. You can count on them in an emergency!!!

Heat went out sunday night. Called Lavoie heating first thing Monday am. They arrived around 2pm diagnosed the problem and had the heat up and running by 3pm. Great service!

Lavoie Heating is exactly what you look for in a service company but so rarely find these days. Their tech Kody was right on time and explained everything thoroughly as he was going through it. He didn't charge me for unnecessary things and got my oil furnace running like new. 100% satisfied with his work, they have a customer for life with me.

You will not find a better, more honest heating company. Dan and his crew went above and beyond when our furnace stopped working recently. Dan took the time to get the manufacturer to honor their warranty ( furnace was less than 10 yrs old) and explained the process of installation and potential issues along the way. I would recommend Lavoie to anyone for their heating needs. 5 star service all the way.

Dan and his team were fantastic installing our mini splits. They did clean professional work both inside and out. Dan is super responsive to calls and in person questions. I am extremely happy that we chose to work with them to install our new system. We will be recommending them to all of our friends. Everything was up and running just in time for the heat wave!

Highly recommend Lavoie. We’ve used Lavoie to service our boiler the last few years. This past winter we had a leak in our oil tank & Lavoie came out the same day, walked us through the process, got us a new oil tank & got our heat up and running for us!

After 3 days without heat and getting no response from my regular oil burner maintenance company, I called Lavoie. They came out to work on it that afternoon and restored heat within an hour after arrival. Kody and Kasey were fantastic and went above and beyond in not only replacing the nozzle and filter which were both clogged, but in explaining the work and getting things resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Lavoie to friends in need of service!

We needed a complete new heating system (boiler, burner, circulators, control panel etc.) We had a number of companies come in and provide proposals. We chose Lavoie Heating Service and are thrilled that we did. Dan is so professional and easy to work with. He explained everything to my wife and I and answered all our questions and concerns. We had a proposal the same day. We accepted and set up two days to do the work. Dan provided us with updates and described the work that would be done. Dan and Kody did all the installation work, arriving the first day right on time at 7:30 am and finishing up at 5:30 pm. The second day again on time at 8:00 am and completing the entire job and clean up at 2:00 pm. They took the time to explain the entire system to us and make sure all our questions were answered. What a great job Dan and Kody did! They will now provide our service and oil deliveries. We highly recommend Lavoie Heating Service!

Dan and his team have been servicing my system for years. Last night my heat went out and I called Dan, and by 8 AM Kody was at my house to get everything up and working again. The service is always top notch and prompt and the pricing always fair. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Dan and his team are incredibly responsive, professional, and fair. It's hard to find quality people who will meet deadlines and do a great job. Lavoie Heating explained everything to us prior to the install and then installed our new system earlier than the scheduled date. He followed up to make sure everything was working ok and we couldn't be happier. We weren't even home for the actual installation but his consistent communication and updates to us during the installation were incredible. I would recommend Lavoie Heating to anyone. We just became customers and we expect to be with Lavoie for as long as we own our home.
