Imagine you have a burst pipe in your wall. You’re forced to shut off the water to your house. Wet wall, water dripping from light fixture. They not only came to the rescue within a couple hours, they knew exactly where the issue was and finished the job quickly at an extremely reasonable price. They will be my plumbers as long as I’m in the area…seriously you can’t find professionals like this…we lucked out! Thank you!

I lost heat with a burst pipe. Zack and Rob were there in an hour, explained the work to be done, and completed the job quickly. This was the third time I have called Gauthier plumbing and the experience has been great each time.

Gauthier Plumbing is the plumbing service to call. They are responsive and professional. Their rates are reasonable. They sent a plumber to my house within an hour of calling; and it wasn't even an emergency. The plumber had the drain cleared and replaced the pipe within just a couple hours. I highly recommend Gauthier Plumbing.

We worked with Chris Ferguson from Gauthier's Plumbing & Heating who not only did an excellent job installing our new boiler and hot water tank but took the time to answer all of our questions promptly so we were able to apply for the Mass Save Heat Loan & rebate. After a couple months getting quotes from various plumbers, he not only exceeded our expectations with a reasonable quote but was able to book our install within a week! If you are looking for a plumbing and heating specialist, I would highly reccomend him :)

One day! Twenty four hours after I placed the phone call they were at my door. I spent two months waiting for their competitor. The job was done by the book and they left the job site clean and tidy. My new plumbers!

Lost heat and called on a Sunday night around 7 pm. I received a called back very shortly after, discussed the issue and Greg told me he could have someone here at 7:30 the next morning. The techs arrived at 7 am and diagnosed the problem. I spoke with Greg who was very professional and discussed my options. They were able to replace my furnace with a new one the same day at an extremely fair price. The technicians were professional, friendly, very knowledgable and neat. A lot of pride went into the work that was done - something you don't see a lot these days. I have dealt with numerous companies over the years for plumbing and heating issues but have never found anyone I was confident or satisfied with that would be someone I could continue to call for issues that came up. But these guys do it all - I have them coming back next week for some plumbing issues I have. (My in laws called them several weeks ago and also had a good experience with them). Give them a call - I'm glad I did.

I had an emergency in which I had no water no heat in the coldest part of winter for almost 3 weeks. I called them after getting two other quotes. They understood my situation and rushed to get the new boiler and installed the very next day. I was impressed with the professionalism and how quickly they responded. They literally saved my family from being in the cold for the following week. Also I liked the fact that they used quality equipment and very pleasant to work with. They stated that they were very busy and could install a boiler in the next week and knowing that I had no heat or water they made arrangements to get it installed the next day. Fantastic work by them.

So appreciative of and pleased with the service from Gauthier. We had a sewer line back up and called our regular plumber- after waiting 2 days with no response we called around for referrals and were told to try Gauthier. Best referral ever. They were here within a few hours, gave us an estimate, scheduled to come back in two days to fix the problem, showed up, worked hard at a really unpleasant job, fixed the problem at a very reasonable price, and made a difficult situation far more bearable. I honestly rarely review anything/anyone on line- but these guys were so terrific I just had to share. They have a customer for life!!

My daughter and I met with superb Gauthier technicians, Norman and Mark, in April. They might as well have been wearing superhero capes as they solved a serious problem regarding a leaking radiator in a recently purchased home built in 1941. We were fortunate that Gauthier had serviced this home with a previous owner and they were familiar with the system. What impressed us (in addition to expert experience and problem solving) was that we were educated how to adjust the radiators to assure that they work appropriately in the future and avoid additional problems. This is great customer service and builds a wonderful relationship and trust moving forward. We also felt that the cost was fair. Highly recommend Gauthier.

Vinny and Greg have been servicing my homes for many years. First in Millbury, where they replaced a leaky expansion tank, replaced 2 toilets, hooked up the new refrigerator to the water line, replaced a leaky kitchen sink over those 12 years. Now in Douglas, they replaced my hot water boiler and added an indirect hot water heater. This house had the original boiler from 21 years ago and was not keeping up with our hot water and heating demands. V&G plumbing installed a new Buderus boiler and an indirect hot water heater. They both work great and look good. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs in Central Mass and Worcester. Thanks V&G Plumbing. BTW - I financed this via Mass Save Heat Loan and Webster First Credit Union. 0% interest and rebate.

We had the worst experience with this company ..they don't call you back and when I finally reached them , the women who answered the phone was so rude..we went 5 days with no heat...we had to call another company...dont use them they don't care about their customers!
